Abstract:
(EN) This structure for mounting a dust cover to a ball joint has a ball stud which is provided to the ball joint, and a ferrule ring which is provided to the dust cover. The dust cover has a dust cover body which is formed from a rubber-like elastic body and which is provided with a stationary portion provided at one end of a diaphragm portion, and a seal portion provided at the other end. The seal portion is in contact with the ferrule ring. The ferrule ring and the ball stud are connected by an engagement structure formed by combining a plurality of recesses and protrusions extending in the axial direction of the stud and engaging with each other. The recesses and protrusions, which compose the engagement structure, are engaged with each other by spline fitting in one embodiment and by serration fitting in another embodiment.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une structure de montage d'un couvercle anti-poussière sur un joint à rotule, comportant un pivot à rotule qui est disposé sur le joint à rotule, et une bague de virole qui est disposée sur le couvercle anti-poussière. Le couvercle anti-poussière comporte un corps de couvercle anti-poussière qui est constitué d'un corps élastique de type caoutchouc et qui est pourvu d'une partie fixe disposée au niveau d'une extrémité d'une partie diaphragme, et d'une partie joint d'étanchéité disposée au niveau de l'autre extrémité. La partie joint d'étanchéité est en contact avec la bague de virole. La bague de virole et le pivot à rotule sont reliés par une structure de mise en prise formée par combinaison d'une pluralité d'évidements et de saillies qui s'étendent dans la direction axiale du pivot et qui viennent en prise les uns avec les autres. Les évidements et les saillies, qui composent la structure de mise en prise, sont en prise les uns avec les autres par ajustement de cannelure dans un mode de réalisation et par ajustement de dentelure dans un autre mode de réalisation.
(JA) ボールジョイントにダストカバーを取り付ける構造は、ボールジョイントに設けたボールスタッドと、ダストカバーに設けたフェルール環とを有している。ダストカバーは、膜部の一端に設けた固定部と他端に設けたシール部とを備えるゴム状弾性体製のダストカバー本体を有し、フェルール環にシール部を接触させている。フェルール環とボールスタッドとは、スタッドの軸方向に延びて互いに係合する複数個の凹部と凸部との組み合わせよりなる係合構造によって連結されている。係合構造をなす凹部と凸部とは、一態様としてスプライン嵌合、別の一態様としてセレーション嵌合によって互いに係合している。
