Provided are an apparatus and a method both for treating silica-containing water, whereby it becomes possible to reduce the amount of a magnesium compound to be used in the treatment of silica in the silica-containing water. An apparatus 1 for treating silica-containing water, provided with: a reaction vessel 12 which is configured to make silica insoluble at pH 10 or higher by adding a magnesium compound to the silica-containing water of interest or by utilizing magnesium contained in the water of interest; a precipitation vessel 16 which is configured to perform the solid-liquid separation of the resultant insoluble material; and a returning means which is configured to add an acid to at least a portion of sludge separated by the solid-liquid separation and return the resultant material to a preceding (upstream) section of the precipitation vessel 16.

L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé à la fois pour traiter de l'eau contenant de la silice où il devient possible de réduire la quantité d'un composé de magnésium à utiliser dans le traitement de la silice dans l'eau contenant de la silice. L'invention concerne un appareil pour traiter de l'eau contenant de la silice comprenant : une cuve de réaction configurée pour amener de la silice insoluble à un pH 10 ou plus par l'ajout d'un composé de magnésium à l'eau contenant la silice en question ou en utilisant du magnésium contenu dans l'eau en question; un décanteur 16 configurée pour effectuer la séparation solide-liquide du matériau insoluble résultant; et un dispositif de retour configuré pour ajouter un acide à au moins une partie de la boue résultant de la séparation solide-liquide et renvoyer le matériau obtenu à une section précédente (en amont) du décanteur 16.

シリカ含有水のシリカ処理において、マグネシウム化合物の使用量を削減することができる、シリカ含有水の処理装置および処理方法を提供する。シリカを含む被処理水に、マグネシウム化合物を添加するか、被処理水中に含まれるマグネシウムを利用してpH10以上でシリカを不溶化するための反応槽12と、得られた不溶化物を固液分離する沈殿槽16と、前記固液分離により分離した汚泥の少なくとも一部に酸を添加して、沈殿槽16の前段に返送する返送手段と、を備える、シリカ含有水の処理装置1である。
