Abstract:
(EN) This method for manufacturing a hollow needling implement (1) that includes hollow micro protrusions (3) having apertures (3h) comprises a protrusion forming step that involves pressing a convex part (11) into one side (2D) of a base sheet (2A), which is formed containing a thermoplastic resin, to form a hollow closed-end protrusion (3) that protrudes from the other side (2U) of the base sheet (2A). Subsequently, an aperture-forming step is performed in which an aperture (3h) is formed through the hollow protrusion (3) using a non-contact aperture-forming means disposed on the other side (2U) of the base sheet (2A).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un outil d'aiguilletage creux (1) comprenant des micro-saillies creuses (3) avec des ouvertures (3h), lequel procédé comprend une étape de formation de saillie qui consiste à presser une partie convexe (11) dans un côté (2D) d'une feuille de base (2A), qui est formée en contenant une résine thermoplastique, pour former une saillie à extrémité fermée creuse (3) qui fait saillie depuis l'autre côté (2U) de la feuille de base (2A). Ensuite, une étape de formation d'ouverture est réalisée, dans laquelle une ouverture (3h) est formée à travers la saillie creuse (3) à l'aide d'un moyen de formation d'ouverture sans contact disposé sur l'autre côté (2U) de la feuille de base (2A).
