[Problem] To provide a three-dimensional shaped object production device and method with which a predetermined three-dimensional shaped object can be produced by using a conductive wire to form balls on the tip of the wire and arranging the balls in a row and stacking same on the basis of scan data or designed data. [Solution] This three-dimensional shaped object production device is provided with: a plate 40 on which a three-dimensional shaped object may be placed; a ball formation means for forming a ball 13 by applying a high voltage between a tip part of a conductive wire 4 fed from the tip of a capillary 12 and a spark rod 19, thereby melting the tip part of the wire with the discharge energy; a positioning means for positioning the plate and the ball formation means by moving same relative to each other; and a bonding means for joining the ball formed at the tip of the capillary to other balls 14 having already been stacked on the plate. A three-dimensional shaped object of a desired shape is produced through the repetition of the procedure involving the ball formation means forming the ball, the positioning means moving the plate and the ball formation means relative to each other, and the bonding means forming the stack by joining the ball formed at the tip of the capillary to other balls on the plate.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de production d'objet façonné 3D qui permettent de produire un objet façonné 3D prédéterminé à l'aide d'un fil conducteur pour former des billes sur la pointe du fil et de l'agencement des billes dans une rangée et l'empilement de celles-ci sur la base de données de balayage ou de données conçues. La solution de l'invention porte sur un dispositif de production d'objet façonné 3D qui est pourvu : d'une plaque 40 sur laquelle un objet façonné 3D peut être placé ; d'un moyen de formation de bille pour former une bille 13 par application d'une tension élevée entre une partie de pointe d'un fil conducteur 4 alimenté depuis la pointe d'un capillaire 12 et une tige d'allumage 19, ce qui permet de faire fondre la partie de pointe du fil par l'énergie de décharge ; d'un moyen de positionnement pour positionner la plaque et le moyen de formation de bille par leur déplacement l'un par rapport à l'autre ; et d'un moyen de collage pour coller la bille formée à la pointe du capillaire à d'autres billes 14 déjà empilées sur la plaque. Un objet façonné 3D d'une forme souhaitée est produit par la répétition de la procédure impliquant le moyen de formation de bille formant la bille, le moyen de positionnement déplaçant la plaque et le moyen de formation de bille l'un par rapport à l'autre et le moyen de collage formant la pile en joignant la bille formée à la pointe du capillaire à d'autres billes sur la plaque.

【課題】 スキャンしたデータ又はデザインしたデータを基に、導電性のワイヤを使用し、ワイヤの先端にボールを形成し、ボールを整列・積層させることで所定の三次元造形物を製造可能な三次元造形物製造装置及びその方法を提供する。 【解決手段】 三次元造形物を載置可能なプレート40と、キャピラリ12の先端から繰り出された導電性のワイヤ4の先端部とスパークロッド19との間で高電圧を印加して放電のエネルギーによりワイヤの先端部を溶融してボール13を形成するボール形成手段と、プレートとボール形成手段とを相対移動させて位置決めを行う位置決め手段と、キャピラリの先端に形成されたボールをプレートに既に積層された他のボール14に接合するボンディング手段とを備え、ボール形成手段によるボールの形成、位置決め手段によるプレートとボール形成手段との相対移動、ボンディング手段によるキャピラリの先端の形成されたボールの他のボールへの接合によるプレート上での積層の繰り返しにより所望の形状の三次元造形物を製造する。
