Abstract

A method for forming electrodes assemblies, used for producing secondary lithium batteries, comprises the steps of feeding two separator strips with continuous feed motions, inserting between the two strips a succession of anodes at reciprocal distances that progressively increase, arranging a succession of cathodes, either all on an outer side of a strip, or alternating a cathode on an outer side of a strip and a cathode on an outer side of the other strip, such that on each single anode a single cathode is superimposed with the interposition of one of the two strips; strips, cathodes and anodes are then laminated together, the laminated product is wound in a single winding direction and the wound product is separated from the rest of the laminated product to enable a subsequent electrodes assembly to be formed.

L'invention concerne un procédé de formation d'ensembles d'électrodes, utilisé pour produire des batteries secondaires au lithium, comprenant les étapes consistant à alimenter deux bandes de séparation avec des mouvements d'avance continus, insérer entre les deux bandes une succession d'anodes à des distances réciproques qui augmentent progressivement, agencer une succession de cathodes, soit toutes sur un côté extérieur d'une bande, soit alterner une cathode sur un côté extérieur d'une bande et une cathode sur un côté extérieur de l'autre bande, de telle sorte que, sur chaque anode unique, une seule cathode est superposée à l'interposition d'une des deux bandes; des bandes, des cathodes et des anodes sont ensuite stratifiées ensemble, le produit stratifié est enroulé dans une seule direction d'enroulement et le produit enroulé est séparé du reste du produit stratifié pour permettre la formation d'un ensemble d'électrodes suivant.
