Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a stator (10) and a method for producing a stator (10) for an electrical machine, comprising a stator base (34) which has radial stator teeth (14) for receiving coils (17) of an electrical winding (16), and an uninterrupted winding wire (30) is wound through the coils (17), wherein an insulating plate (40) having guide elements (44) for the winding wire (22) is arranged between the coils (17) on an end face (39) of the stator base (34), and each coil (17) is associated with at least one receiving pocket (46) for an insulation displacement element (70) on the insulating plate (40), into which receiving pocket the winding wire (22), which is wound through uninterrupted, is inserted in order to connect the individual coils (17).
(FR) Stator (10) et procédé de fabrication d’un stator (10) d’une machine électrique (12), comprenant un corps de base statorique (34) présentant des dents statoriques radiales (14) destinées à la réception des bobines (17) d’un enroulement électrique (16), et les bobines (17) sont formées d’un fil de bobinage (30) ininterrompu ; sur une face frontale (39) du corps de base statorique (34), une lamelle isolante (40) dotée d’éléments de guidage (44) du fil de bobinage (22) est disposée entre les bobines (17), chaque bobine (17) se voyant affecter au moins une poche réceptrice (46) destinée à un élément de pincement-découpage partiel (70) sur la lamelle isolante (40), dans laquelle est inséré le fil de bobinage (22) entrelacé de manière continue aux fins d’interconnexion des différentes bobines (17).
