Auswerteeinrichtung zum Bestimmen einer Fahrzeugaktion, wobei die Auswerteeinrichtung ausgeführt ist, ein künstliches neuronales Netzwerk, dessen Ausgabe die Fahrzeugaktion ist, mit Daten eines Fahrzeugumfeldes zu speisen, wobei das künstliche neuronale Netzwerk ausgeführt ist, in Abhängigkeit dieser Daten eine Unfallsituation vorherzubestimmen, für diese Unfallsituation eine Schadensfunktion für, in Abhängigkeit von simulierten Fahrzeugaktionen berechneter, Personenschäden und/oder Sachschäden auszuwerten und die Fahrzeugaktion zu bestimmen, für die das Ergebnis der Schadensfunktion in dieser Unfallsituation minimal ist. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Computerprogrammprodukt zum Erhalten einer von Personenschäden und/oder Sachschäden abhängigen Schadensfunktion, ein Verfahren zum Trainieren eines künstlichen neuronalen Netzwerks, das durch verstärkendes Lernen eine Schadensfunktion minimiert, ein System für eine Fahrzeugsteuerung für situationsabhängige Entscheidungsfindung in einer Unfallsituation und ein Fahrerassistenzsystem mit einem erfindungsgemäßen System oder künstlichen neuronalen Netzwerk.

The invention relates to an evaluation device for determining a vehicle action. The evaluation device is designed to feed data of a vehicle environment to an artificial neural network, the output of which is the vehicle action. The artificial neural network is designed to determine an accident situation in advance in accordance with said data, to evaluate for said accident situation a damage function for personal injury and/or material damage, which personal injury and/or material damage is calculated in accordance with simulated vehicle actions, and to determine the vehicle action for which the result of the damage function is minimal in said accident situation. The invention further relates to a computer program product for obtaining a damage function dependent on personal injury and/or material damage, to a method for training an artificial neural network, which minimizes a damage function by means of reinforcement learning, to a system for vehicle control for situation-dependent decision-making in an accident situation, and to a driver assistance system having a system according to the invention or having an artificial neural network according to the invention.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'interprétation destiné à déterminer une action de véhicule. Le dispositif d'interprétation est conçu pour alimenter avec des données d'un environnement de véhicule un réseau neuronal artificiel qui a pour tâche l'action de véhicule. Le réseau neuronal artificiel est conçu pour prédéterminer une situation d'accident en fonction de ces données, interpréter pour cette situation d'accident une fonction de dommage pour des lésions corporelles et/ou des dommages matériels calculés en fonction d'actions de véhicule simulées et déterminer l'action de véhicule pour laquelle le résultat de la fonction de dommage est minimal pour cette situation d'accident. L'invention concerne en outre un produit de programme informatique destiné à obtenir une fonction de dommage dépendante de lésions corporelles et/ou de dommages matériels, un procédé d'apprentissage pour un réseau neuronal artificiel qui réduit au minimum une fonction de dommage par un apprentissage renforcé, un système de commande de véhicule pour une prise de décision dépendante de la situation dans une situation d'accident, et un système d'assistance au conducteur comprenant un système ou un réseau neuronal artificiel selon l'invention.
