An integrated tubular reaction device comprises a reaction vessel (1), a cover body (2), and a seal member (3). The reaction vessel (1) comprises at least two tubular chambers (11), a channel (12) in communication with the at least two tubular chambers (11), and an opening (13). The cover body (2) can match the opening (13) and comprises a through hole (21). The seal member (3) comprises a seal plug (31) capable of matching the through hole (21). The integrated tubular reaction device resolves the problem of reaction product pollution in processes of multiple or multi-step biological enzyme reactions, so that multiple or multi-step biological enzyme reactions can be implemented in a same device.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif réactionnel tubulaire intégré comprenant un récipient réactionnel (1), un corps de couverture (2), et un élément d’étanchéité (3). Le récipient réactionnel (1) comprend au moins deux chambres tubulaires (11), un canal (12) en communication avec lesdites deux chambres tubulaires (11), et une ouverture (13). Le corps de couverture (2) peut faire correspondre l’ouverture (13) et comprend un trou traversant (21). L’élément d’étanchéité (3) comprend un bouchon d’étanchéité (31) apte à être mis en correspondance avec le trou traversant (21). Le dispositif réactionnel tubulaire intégré résout le problème de pollution du produit réactionnel dans les procédés de réactions enzymatiques biologiques multiples ou à étapes multiples, de sorte que des réactions enzymatiques biologiques multiples ou à étapes multiples peuvent être mises en œuvre dans un même dispositif.
