Provided are an encoding and decoding method and apparatus for predicted motion information about an image block. The decoding method comprises: parsing a code stream to obtain target identification information about target predicted motion information about an image block to be processed; determining N pieces of candidate predicted motion information, the N pieces of candidate predicted motion information comprising the target predicted motion information, where N is an integer greater than 1; acquiring a distortion value corresponding to each of the N pieces of candidate predicted motion information, the distortion value being determined by a reconstructed image block adjacent to a reference image block indicated by the candidate predicted motion information and a reconstructed image block adjacent to the image block to be processed; according to magnitude relationships of the acquired N distortion values, determining first identification information about each of the N pieces of candidate predicted motion information, the N pieces of candidate predicted motion information corresponding to respective pieces of first identification information on a one-to-one basis; and determining candidate predicted motion information corresponding to first identification information matching the target identification information to be the target predicted motion information.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de codage et de décodage d'informations de mouvement prédites concernant un bloc d'image. Le procédé de décodage consiste à : analyser un flux de code pour obtenir des informations d'identification cibles concernant des informations de mouvement prédites cibles concernant un bloc d'image à traiter ; déterminer N éléments d'informations de mouvement prédites candidates, les N éléments d'informations de mouvement prédites candidates comprenant les informations de mouvement prédites cibles, N étant un nombre entier supérieur à 1 ; acquérir une valeur de distorsion correspondant à chacun des N éléments d'informations de mouvement prédites candidates, la valeur de distorsion étant déterminée par un bloc d'image reconstruit adjacent à un bloc d'image de référence indiqué par les informations de mouvement prédites candidates et un bloc d'image reconstruit adjacent au bloc d'image à traiter ; en fonction des relations d'amplitude des N valeurs de distorsion acquises, déterminer des premières informations d'identification concernant chacun des N éléments d'informations de mouvement prédites candidates, les N éléments d'informations de mouvement prédites candidates correspondant à des éléments respectifs de premières informations d'identification sur une base biunivoque ; et déterminer des informations de mouvement prédites candidates correspondant à des premières informations d'identification correspondant aux informations d'identification cibles pour être les informations de mouvement prédites cibles.
