Disclosed is an ultrasonic vibration assisted spiral thread milling and grinding method. A profiling grinding wheel cutter (3) is used, and the profiling grinding wheel cutter (3) is mounted on a spindle (1) of an ultrasonic machining tool by means of an ultrasonic vibration cutter holder (2); and the axis of the cutter is arranged parallel to the central axis of a threaded hole, and a spiral milling mode formed by combining four movements comprising spinning of the profiling grinding wheel cutter (3), revolution of the profiling grinding wheel cutter (3) around the axis of the threaded hole, axial feeding of the profiling grinding wheel cutter (3) and axial vibration of the profiling grinding wheel cutter (3) along with the ultrasonic vibration cutter holder (2) is adopted. By means of the ultrasonic vibration assisted spiral thread milling and grinding method, a cutting force for hard and crisp materials difficult to machine during thread machining can be reduced effectively, and abrasion of the cutter is improved.

L'invention concerne un procédé de meulage et de fraisage de fil hélicoïdal assisté par vibration ultrasonore. Un disque de meulage de profilage (3) est utilisé, et le disque de meulage de profilage (3) est monté sur une broche (1) d'un outil d'usinage ultrasonore au moyen d'un support de dispositif de coupe à vibrations ultrasonores (2); et l'axe du dispositif de coupe est disposé parallèlement à l'axe central d'un trou fileté, et un mode de fraisage hélicoïdal est adopté, formé par la combinaison de quatre mouvements du disque de meulage de profilage (3), comprenant le filage du disque de meulage de profilage (3), la rotation du disque de meulage de profilage (3) autour de l'axe du trou fileté, l'avance axiale du disque de meulage de profilage (3) et la vibration axiale du disque de meulage de profilage (3) conjointement avec le support de dispositif de coupe à vibrations ultrasonores (2). Au moyen du procédé de meulage et de fraisage de fil hélicoïdal assisté par vibration ultrasonore, une force de coupe pour des matériaux durs et nets difficiles à usiner pendant l'usinage de filetage peut être efficacement réduite, et l'abrasion du dispositif de coupe est améliorée.

一种超声振动辅助螺旋铣磨螺纹方法,使用仿形砂轮刀具(3),通过超声振动刀柄(2)将仿形砂轮刀具(3)安装在超声加工机床主轴(1)上;刀具轴线与螺纹孔轴线中心平行设置,采取仿形砂轮刀具(3)的自转、仿形砂轮刀具(3)绕螺纹孔轴线的公转和仿形砂轮刀具(3)轴向给进、以及仿形砂轮刀具(3)随超声振动刀柄(2)的轴向振动四种运动复合而成的螺旋铣削方式。超声振动辅助螺旋铣磨螺纹方法能有效降低硬脆难加工材料在螺纹加工过程中的切削力,改善刀具磨损情况。
