Provided are a battery piece used for an imbricate assembly and a test method therefor. The battery piece has a front surface and a back surface opposite the front surface; multiple front-surface main grid lines (1) are formed on the front surface of the battery piece and extend in a mutually parallel manner; two front-surface main grid lines at the outermost side of the multiple front surface main grid lines are not located at the edge position of the battery piece; and multiple back-surface main grid lines (2) are formed on the back surface of the battery piece, and extend in a direction parallel to the multiple front-surface main grid lines. According to the test method, a conversion efficiency test and an EL screening test can be carried out by using existing test tools and equipment without causing hidden cracks and fragments.

L'invention concerne un élément de batterie utilisé pour un ensemble imbriqué et son procédé de test. L'élément de batterie a une surface avant et une surface arrière opposée à la surface avant ; de multiples lignes de grille principale de surface avant (1) sont formées sur la surface avant de l'élément de batterie et s'étendent de manière mutuellement parallèle ; deux lignes de grille principale de surface avant au niveau du côté le plus à l'extérieur des multiples lignes de grille principale de surface avant ne sont pas situées au niveau de la position de bord de l'élément de batterie ; et de multiples lignes de grille principale de surface arrière (2) sont formées sur la surface arrière de l'élément de batterie, et s'étendent dans une direction parallèle aux multiples lignes de grille principale de surface avant. Selon le procédé de test, un test de rendement de conversion et un test de criblage EL peuvent être réalisés en utilisant des outils de test et un matériel existants sans provoquer de craquelures et de fragments cachés.

一种用于叠瓦组件的电池片及其测试方法,该电池片具有正面和与正面相对的背面,多条正面主栅线(1)形成于电池片的正面并且彼此平行地延伸,多条正面主栅线中的最外侧两条正面主栅线没有位于电池片的边缘位置,多条背面主栅线(2)形成于电池片的背面并且平行于多条正面主栅线延伸。该测试方法能够利用现有测试工装进行转换效率测试和EL筛选测试而不会造成隐裂和破片。
