Abstract
(EN) An energy-saving VOC waste gas treatment system comprises: a paint film drying room (100), an incineration room (200), a first heat exchanger (300), a second heat exchanger (400), and a chimney (500).The top wall of a drying chamber (110) of the paint film drying room (100) is provided with four drying gas inlets (120) and three VOC waste gas collection ports (130) at intervals. An incineration chamber (210) of the incineration room (200) is provided with a first gas inlet (220) for introducing a VOC waste gas, a second gas inlet (230) for supplying a fuel gas into the incineration chamber (210), a third gas inlet (240) for supplying a combustion-supporting gas into the incineration chamber (210), and a flue gas exhaust port (250) for exhausting a high temperature flue gas in the incineration chamber (210).The first heat exchanger (300) is provided with a cold air inlet (310), a medium temperature flue gas inlet (320), a hot air outlet (330), and a low temperature flue gas outlet (340).The energy-saving VOC waste gas treatment system can make full use of own energy of a waste gas and heat energy carried therein, and a hot flue gas generated by combusting and decomposing the waste gas can not only be used for heat exchange of the waste gas, but also preheat cold air to form hot air for use as a drying gas.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de traitement d'effluents gazeux COV à économie d'énergie comprenant : une salle de séchage de film de peinture (100), une salle d'incinération (200), un premier échangeur thermique (300), un second échangeur thermique (400) et une cheminée (500). La paroi supérieure d'une chambre de séchage (110) de la salle de séchage de film de peinture (100) comporte quatre entrées de gaz de séchage (120) et trois orifices de recueil d'effluents gazeux COV (130) à des intervalles. Une chambre d'incinération (210) de la salle d'incinération (200) comporte une première entrée de gaz (220) pour introduire des effluents gazeux COV, une deuxième entrée de gaz (230) destinée à alimenter un gaz combustible dans la chambre d'incinération (210), une troisième entrée de gaz (240) destinée à alimenter un gaz de soutien de combustion dans la chambre d'incinération (210), et un orifice d'évacuation de gaz de combustion (250) pour l'évacuation d'un gaz de combustion à haute température dans la chambre d'incinération (210). Le premier échangeur thermique (300) comporte une entrée d'air froid (310), une entrée de gaz de combustion à moyenne température (320), une sortie d'air chaud (330), et une sortie de gaz d'évacuation à basse température (340). Le système de traitement d'effluents gazeux COV à économie d'énergie peut utiliser pleinement la propre énergie d'effluents gazeux et l'énergie thermique transportée en son sein, et un gaz de combustion chaud généré par combustion et décomposition des effluents gazeux peut non seulement être utilisé pour un échange thermique des effluents gazeux, mais également pour préchauffer de l'air froid pour former de l'air chaud utilisable en tant que gaz de séchage.
(ZH) 一种节能VOC废气处理系统包括:漆膜烘干室(100)、焚烧室(200)、第一换热器(300)、第二换热器(400)及烟囱(500)。漆膜烘干室(100)烘干腔体(110)的顶壁上间隔设有四个烘干气体入口(120)及三个VOC废气收集口(130)。焚烧室(200)焚烧腔体(210)设有通入VOC废气的第一气体入口(220)、向焚烧腔体(210)内供应燃气的第二气体入口(230)、向焚烧腔体(210)内供应助燃气体的第三气体入口(240)及将燃烧腔体(210)中的高温烟气排出的烟气排出口(250)。第一换热器(300)设有冷空气入口(310)、中温烟气入口(320)、热空气出口(330)及低温烟气出口(340)。该节能VOC废气处理系统,其能够充分利用废气的自身能量及携带的热能,燃烧分解废气产生的热烟气不仅可供废气自身换热使用,而且还可以对冷空气进行预热形成热空气作为烘干气体使用。
