Abstract
(EN)
A reinforced toughened filter, comprising a substrate (110) and a film layer (120). The film layer (120) is formed by alternately stacking a dielectric layer consisting of Al2O3 and a metal film layer consisting of Ti; the film layer (120) is merely attached to one side surface of the substrate (110) or simultaneously attached to both side surfaces of the substrate (110). Also disclosed are a graduated neutral-density filter plating device and a plating method applying the graduated neutral-density filter plating device.

La présente invention concerne un filtre solidifié, comprenant un substrat (110) et une couche de film (120). La couche de film (120) est formée par empilement alterné d’une couche diélectrique constituée de Al2O3 et d’une couche de film métallique constituée de Ti ; la couche de film (120) est simplement fixée à une surface latérale du substrat (110) ou simultanément fixée aux deux surfaces latérales du substrat (110). L’invention concerne en outre un dispositif de placage de filtre à densité neutre graduée et un procédé de placage appliquant le dispositif de placage de filtre à densité neutre graduée.
