Abstract

An energy-saving and efficiency-increasing primer-topcoat anti-corrosion coating and a preparation method therefor. The anti-corrosion coating comprises epoxy resin, waterborne polyurethane resin, glass flakes, environment friendly pigments and fillers, silane coupling agents, thixotropic agents, activated diluents, curing agents, auxiliaries and solvents. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) glass flake pretreatment; and (2) raw material mixing. By means of a reasonable formula design and the preparation method, the prepared anti-corrosion coating has excellent anti-corrosion effects and long anti-corrosion efficacy, the anti-corrosion performance of the coating is effectively enhanced. The primer-topcoat coating can be directly sprayed and cured at low temperature, has rust removal functions and has the advantages of energy conservation, emission reduction, safety and environmental protection, the construction process is effectively simplified, three industrial wastes are decreased, and the market prospect is broad.

L'invention concerne un revêtement anticorrosion d'apprêt-couche de finition permettant des économies d'énergie et une efficacité accrue, et un procédé de préparation associé. Le revêtement anticorrosion comprend une résine époxy, une résine de polyuréthane aqueuse, des flocons de verre, des pigments et des charges respectueux de l'environnement, des agents de couplage au silane, des agents thixotropes, des diluants activés, des agents de durcissement, des adjuvants et des solvants. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes suivantes : (1) prétraitement des flocons de verre; et (2) mélange des matières premières. Grâce à une conception de formule raisonnable et au procédé de préparation, le revêtement anticorrosion préparé présente d'excellents effets anticorrosion et une longue efficacité anticorrosion, et les performances anticorrosion du revêtement sont efficacement améliorées. Le revêtement d'apprêt-couche de finition peut être pulvérisé directement et durci à basse température, est capable d'éliminer la rouille et présente les avantages suivants : conservation de l'énergie, réduction des émissions, sécurité et protection de l'environnement, simplification efficace du procédé d'élaboration, réduction de trois déchets industriels et grandes perspectives de commercialisation.

一种节能增效的底面合一防腐涂料及其制备方法,包括如下组分:环氧树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂、玻璃鳞片、环保型颜填料、硅烷偶联剂、触变剂、活性稀释剂、固化剂、助剂和溶剂。所述制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)玻璃鳞片预处理;(2)原料混合。通过合理的配方设计及制备方法,使得制备的防腐涂料具有优异的防腐效果和较长的防腐效力,有效增加了涂料的防腐性能;该涂料可直接喷涂施工,低温固化成型,自身具有除锈带绣功能,且底面合一,有效简化的施工工艺,减少工业三废,具有节能、减排、安全环保的优点,市场前景广阔。
