Abstract

A high-solid anticorrosive paint for use in steel structure surfaces, and a spraying method therefor. The high-solid anticorrosive paint comprises epoxy resin, pigments and fillers, aluminum-zinc alloy powder, a silane coupling agent, an activated diluent, a corrosion inhibitor, an auxiliary agent, a curing agent, and acrylic acid. The spraying method comprises: (1) steel structure surface treatment; (2) primary spraying; (3) low-temperature baking; (4) secondary spraying; (5) low-temperature baking; and (6) drying and curing molding. According to the high-solid anticorrosive paint for use in steel structure surfaces, the formula design is scientific and reasonable, no toxic or harmful ingredient is used, the solvent content is low, the volatility is low, and the high-solid anticorrosive paint is safe and environmentally friendly. No pollutant such as waste water or smoke is generated in spraying process of the paint, three wastes discharge is reduced. Layered low-temperature baking and pre-curing is adopted, so that the curing temperature is reduced effectively, and energy consumption is reduced effectively. The anticorrosive paint and the spraying method are safe, environmentally friendly, energy-saving and emission reduction, and have broad market prospects.

L'invention concerne une peinture anticorrosion à teneur élevée en matières solides destinée à être utilisée sur des surfaces de structures en acier et un procédé de pulvérisation s'y rapportant. La peinture anticorrosion à teneur élevée en matières solides comprend une résine époxy, des pigments et des charges, une poudre d'alliage d'aluminium-zinc, un agent de couplage silane, un diluant activé, un inhibiteur de corrosion, un agent auxiliaire, un agent durcisseur et de l'acide acrylique. Aucun polluant, tel que de l'eau usée ou de la fumée, n'est produit au cours du processus de pulvérisation de la peinture, le rejet de trois déchets est réduit. La cuisson à basse température et le pré-durcissement en couches sont adoptés, de sorte que la température de durcissement est efficacement réduite et que la consommation d'énergie est efficacement réduite.
