Disclosed in the present application is a method for preparing a polyethylene glycol modified chitosan film. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving 15-25 parts of chitosan powder in 30-40 parts of a formic acid solution having a mass fraction of 1%, then adding 10-20 parts of polyethylene glycol, and performing stirring at room temperature for 1-3 h; drying the mixed solution at the temperature of 40-50°C for 16-20 h to cure the solution to be a gelatinous membrane; after drying, immersing the membrane in 2% potassium hydroxide solution for stripping, washing same 3-5 times with deionized water, and air-drying same at room temperature to obtain a polyethylene glycol modified chitosan film. All raw materials are in parts by weight. The method provided by the present application is simple and easy to operate, and can obtain a polyethylene glycol modified chitosan film having an excellent adsorption effect.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un film de chitosane modifié par polyéthylène glycol. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste : à dissoudre 15-25 parties de poudre de chitosane dans 30-40 parties d'une solution d'acide formique présentant une fraction de masse de 1 %, puis à ajouter 10-20 parties de polyéthylène glycol et à effectuer un brassage à température ambiante pendant 1-3 h ; à sécher la solution mélangée à une température de 40-50°C pendant 16-20 h afin de durcir la solution pour qu'elle devienne une membrane gélatineuse ; après le séchage, à immerger la membrane dans une solution d'hydroxyde de potassium à 2 % pour le décapage, à laver ladite membrane 3 à 5 fois au moyen d'eau déionisée et à la sécher à l'air, à température ambiante, afin d'obtenir un film de chitosane modifié par polyéthylène glycol. Toutes les matières premières sont exprimées en parties en poids. Le procédé selon l'invention est simple et facile à mettre en oeuvre, et il permet d'obtenir un film de chitosane modifié par polyéthylène glycol doté d'un excellent effet d'adsorption.

本申请公开了一种聚乙二醇改性壳聚糖膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将15-25份壳聚糖粉末溶于30-40份质量分数为1%的甲酸溶液中,再加入10-20份聚乙二醇,室温下搅拌1-3h;将上述混合溶液在40-50℃下干燥16-20h,使溶液固化为凝胶状膜质;干燥后,将膜质浸入2%氢氧化钾溶液中剥离,并用去离子水洗涤3-5次,室温风干即得;各原料均为重量份。本申请提供的方法简便、易操作,可以得到聚乙二醇改性的壳聚糖膜,且吸附效果优异。
