Disclosed is a method for preparing a highly transparent silicone rubber having a UV-absorption capability, comprising the following steps: stirring 20-30 parts of a vinyl silicone resin, 15-29 parts of vinyl-capped silicone oil, 0.5-1.5 parts of an inhibitor and 0.03-0.07 parts of a platinum complex catalyst in a high speed stirrer 3-5 times at a speed of 1800 r/min for 20-40 s each time; after having fully mixed same, then adding 10-18 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil and 1-2 parts of a UV absorbent diluted with a solvent, and stirring same at a speed of 1800 r/min for 20-40 s each time; and vulcanizing the mixture at 40ºC-44ºC for 1-3 h, and cooling same to room temperature to obtain the highly transparent silicone rubber having a UV-absorption capability, wherein each raw material is in parts by weight. The silicone rubber prepared by the method provided can achieve a better light transmittance and UV absorbing effect, as well as a better aging resistance effect.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un caoutchouc de silicone hautement transparent possédant la capacité d'absorber les UV, comprenant les étapes suivantes : agiter 20 à 30 parties d'une résine de silicone vinylique, 15 à 29 parties d'huile de silicone coiffée de vinyle, 0,5 à 1,5 partie d'un inhibiteur et 0,03 à 0,07 partie d'un catalyseur à base d'un complexe de platine dans un agitateur à grande vitesse à 3 à 5 reprises à une vitesse de 1 800 tr/min pendant 20 à 40 s à chaque fois ; une fois le mélange terminé, ajouter 10 à 18 parties d'huile de silicone contenant de l'hydrogène et 1 à 2 parties d'un absorbant UV dilué avec un solvant, et agiter le tout à une vitesse de 1 800 tr/min pendant 20 à 40 s à chaque fois ; et vulcaniser le mélange à 40 °C à 44 °C pendant 1 à 3 h, et le refroidir à la température ambiante pour obtenir le caoutchouc de silicone hautement transparent possédant la capacité d'absorber les UV, chaque matière première étant exprimée en parties en poids. Le caoutchouc de silicone préparé par le procédé selon l'invention permet d'obtenir un meilleur facteur de transmission de la lumière et un meilleur effet d'absorption des UV, ainsi qu'un meilleur effet de résistance au vieillissement.

一种紫外线吸收高透明硅橡胶的制备方法,步骤如下:将20-30份乙烯基硅树脂、15-29份乙烯基封端硅油,0.5-1.5份抑制剂和0.03-0.07份铂配合物催化剂在高速搅拌仪中以1800r/min的速率搅拌3-5次,每次搅拌20-40s;充分混合后再加入10-18份含氢硅油和1-2份用溶剂稀释的紫外线吸收剂,以1800r/min的速率搅拌5-7次,每次搅拌20-40s;将以上混合物在40-44℃下硫化1-3h,冷却至室温即得;各原料均为重量份。提供的方法制得的硅橡胶可以实现较好的透光率及紫外线吸收效果,同时耐老化效果也较好。
