The present invention relates to a fluorogenic probe for detecting a polyazole heterocyclic compound and a preparation method therefor, relating to the technical field of fluorescent chemical sensors. The fluorogenic probe is prepared from HPB-ID, an organic solvent, and water. The fluorogenic probe lights up in response to a polyazole heterocyclic compound having three or more nitrogen atoms and having a 5-membered ring structure, and achieves detection limits to the ng level. Further, the fluorogenic probe has good specific selectivity for polyazole heterocyclic compounds having three or more nitrogen atoms and having 5-membered ring structures, and can exclude interference from other common explosive substances and diazole compounds. The fluorogenic probe of the present invention has the advantages of a simple preparation method, convenient detection operation, strong practicability, and easy promotion.

La présente invention concerne une sonde fluorogène permettant de détecter un composé hétérocyclique de polyazole et son procédé de préparation, se rapportant au domaine technique des capteurs chimiques fluorescents. La sonde fluorogène est préparée à partir de HPB-ID, d'un solvant organique et d'eau. La sonde fluorogène s'allume en réponse à un composé hétérocyclique de polyazole ayant trois atomes d'azote ou plus et ayant une structure cyclique à 5 chaînons, et atteint des limites de détection au niveau ng. En outre, la sonde fluorogène présente une bonne sélectivité spécifique pour des composés hétérocycliques de polyazole ayant trois atomes d'azote ou plus et ayant des structures cycliques à 5 chaînons, et peut exclure l'interférence à partir d'autres substances explosives communes et de composés de diazole. La sonde fluorogène selon l'invention présente des avantages d'un procédé de préparation simple, d'une opération de détection pratique, d'une forte possibilité de mise en oeuvre et d'un développement facile.

本发明涉及一种检测多氮唑类杂环化合物的点亮型荧光探针及其制备方法,属于荧光化学传感器技术领域。所述荧光探针是由HPB-ID、有机溶剂以及水配制而成的,该荧光探针对于含有3个以上氮原子且为5元环结构的多氮唑类杂环化合物具有点亮型响应,检出限达到ng级;而且该荧光探针对于含有3个以上氮原子且为5元环结构的多氮唑类杂环化合物具有良好的特异选择性,可以排除其他普通炸药以及二氮唑类化合物的干扰。本发明所述荧光探针制备方法简单,检测操作方便,实用性强,易于推广。
