Abstract:
(EN) Embodiments of the invention include a method to determine a binocular alignment, the method comprising: measuring a disassociated phona of a first eye and a second eye of a patient at an apparent distance; and determining an accommodative convergence of the first eye and the second eye at the apparent distance using the measured disassociated phoria. In other embodiments, a system to determine a binocular alignment comprises a stereo display, for a projection of images for a first eye and a second eye; an accommodation optics, to modify the projection of the images according to an apparent distance; an eye tracker, to track an orientation of the first eye and the second eye; and a computer, coupled to the stereo display, the accommodation optics and the eye tracker, to manage a detennination of the binocular alignment.
(FR) L'invention concerne, dans des modes de réalisation, un procédé pour déterminer un alignement binoculaire, qui consiste : à mesurer un phona dissocié d'un premier oeil et d'un second oeil d'un patient, à une distance apparente; et à déterminer une convergence accommodative du premier oeil et du second oeil à la distance apparente au moyen de la phorie dissociée mesurée. Dans d'autres modes de réalisation, un système servant à déterminer un alignement binoculaire comprend : un écran stéréo pour projeter des images pour un premier oeil et un second oeil; une optique d'accommodation pour modifier la projection des images selon une distance apparente; un dispositif de suivi d'oeil pour suivre une orientation du premier oeil et du second oeil; et un ordinateur couplé à l'écran stéréo, à l'optique d'accommodation et au dispositif de suivi d'oeil pour gérer une détenination de l'alignement binoculaire.
