Abstract:
(EN) A method of forming a battery electrode by forming, on a first substrate, a polymer template comprising interconnected polymer fibers, forming, on the polymer template, a carbon coating to form a carbon-coated polymer template, removing the carbon-coated polymer template from the first substrate, subsequent to removing the carbon-coated polymer template from the first substrate, removing the polymer template from the carbon coating, and disposing the carbon coating on a second substrate. A solid electrolyte interphase layer (SEI) comprising the carbon coating produced via the method, a battery electrode comprising such an SEI layer, and a battery comprising such a battery electrode are also provided.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de formation d'une électrode de batterie consistant à former, sur un premier substrat, un modèle polymère comprenant des fibres polymères interconnectées, à former, sur le modèle polymère, un revêtement de carbone afin de former un modèle polymère revêtu de carbone, à retirer le modèle polymère revêtu de carbone du premier substrat, à la suite du retrait du modèle polymère revêtu de carbone du premier substrat, à retirer le modèle polymère du revêtement de carbone, et à disposer le revêtement de carbone sur un second substrat. L'invention concerne également une couche d'interphase d'électrolyte solide (SEI) comprenant le revêtement de carbone produit par l'intermédiaire du procédé, une électrode de batterie comprenant une telle couche SEI, et une batterie comprenant une telle électrode de batterie.
