Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure relates to a system and method for improving an accuracy of a wearable device while detecting a ski activity by a user at a ski area. In one aspect, the method can include receiving motion data of the user from a motion sensing module of the wearable device. A heart rate sensing module can measure a heart rate of the user. One or more processor circuits can detect the user is gripping ski poles on a substantially flat ground based on the motion data and the heart rate of the user. The one or more processor circuits can calculate information about the user's performance during the ski activity and output the information about the user's performance during the ski activity.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé pour améliorer la précision d'un dispositif vestimentaire tout en détectant une activité de ski par un utilisateur au niveau d'une zone de ski. Selon un aspect, le procédé peut consister à recevoir des données de mouvement de l'utilisateur à partir d'un module de détection de mouvement du dispositif vestimentaire. Un module de détection de fréquence cardiaque peut mesurer une fréquence cardiaque de l'utilisateur. Un ou plusieurs circuits de processeur peuvent détecter que l'utilisateur saisit des bâtons de ski sur un sol sensiblement plat sur la base des données des mouvements et de la fréquence cardiaque de l'utilisateur. L'au moins un circuit de processeur peut calculer des informations concernant les performances de l'utilisateur pendant l'activité de ski et délivrer les informations concernant les performances de l'utilisateur pendant l'activité de ski.
