Abstract:
(EN) The present invention proposes a system for processing water washable flexo photopolymer printing plates, the system (100) comprises a washing line (10) including one or more brushes (11) and a surface (12) essentially facing said brushes, and a guiding means (13) adapted to guide a water washable photopolymer printing plate (90) through the washing line (10) by pulling it from a vicinity of a downstream edge (91) thereof and automatically dragging such water washable photopolymer printing plate (90) on said surface (12). Said brushes (11) are adapted to contact onto a side of such water washable photopolymer printing plate (90) in a washing direction (WD) from the downstream edge (91) towards an upstream edge (92) thereof. The system further comprises one or more attachments (20) adapted to be annexed to the vicinity of the upstream edge (92) of a water washable photopolymer printing plate (90), the attachments being further adapted to exert friction onto the surface (12), said friction being greater than that between such water washable photopolymer printing plate (90) and said surface (12). The present invention further proposes a method of processing water washable flexo photopolymer printing plates (90) including stretching thereof between guiding means (13) and attachments (20) using extended friction obtained thereby.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de traitement de plaques d'impression photopolymères flexographiques lavables à l'eau, le système (100) comprenant une ligne de lavage (10) comprenant une ou plusieurs brosses (11) et une surface (12) essentiellement en face desdites brosses, et un moyen de guidage (13) conçu pour guider une plaque d'impression photopolymère lavable à l'eau (90) à travers la ligne de lavage (10) en la tirant depuis un voisinage d'un bord aval (91) de celle-ci et en faisant glisser automatiquement ladite plaque d'impression photopolymère lavable à l'eau (90) sur ladite surface (12). Lesdites brosses (11) sont conçues pour venir en contact sur un côté de ladite plaque d'impression photopolymère lavable à l'eau (90) dans une direction de lavage (WD) depuis le bord aval (91) vers un bord amont (92) de celle-ci. Le système comprend en outre une ou plusieurs fixations (20) conçues pour être jointes au voisinage du bord amont (92) d'une plaque d'impression photopolymère lavable à l'eau (90), les fixations étant en outre conçues pour exercer une friction sur la surface (12), ladite friction étant supérieure à la friction entre ladite plaque d'impression photopolymère lavable à l'eau (90) et ladite surface (12). La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de traitement de plaques d'impression photopolymères flexographiques lavables à l'eau (90) consistant à les étirer entre le moyen de guidage (13) et les fixations (20) par une friction étendue ainsi obtenue.
