Abstract:
(EN) There is provided a method of producing a nanomaterial, the method comprising adding an alkaline earth metal salt to a leaching solution containing vanadate ions to form a mixture, the leaching solution being derived from a vanadium source, and precipitating an alkaline earth metal vanadate nanomaterial from the mixture. In particular, said vanadium source is an oil refinery waste or a carbon black waste. Also provided are nanomaterials derived from said vanadium source, the nanomaterial comprising alkaline earth metal vanadate nanostructures, and an electronic device comprising said nanomaterials.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un nanomatériau, le procédé comprenant l'ajout d'un sel de métal alcalino-terreux à une solution de lixiviation contenant des ions vanadate pour former un mélange, la solution de lixiviation étant dérivée d'une source de vanadium, et la précipitation d'un nanomatériau de vanadate de métal alcalino-terreux à partir du mélange. En particulier, ladite source de vanadium est un déchet de raffinerie de pétrole ou un déchet de noir de carbone. L'invention concerne également des nanomatériaux dérivés de ladite source de vanadium, le nanomatériau comprenant des nanostructures de vanadate de métal alcalino-terreux, et un dispositif électronique comprenant lesdits nanomatériaux.
