Abstract:
(EN) The present document discloses a method of operating a separator (1) for separating particles from a particle-laden airflow, wherein the separator comprises a flow path (F), a separation unit (11, 12, 13), arranged in the flow path (F), an impeller (14), arranged in the flow path (F), and an electric motor (15), configured to drive the impeller (14) so as to generate the airflow in the flow path (F). The method comprises initiating a power supply to the electric motor (15), measuring a pressure in the flow path using a pressure sensor (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d), determining a direction of the airflow based on the pressure, and if the direction of the airflow does not correspond to a desired direction of the airflow, then changing a phase sequence of the power supply to the electric motor (15). The document further discloses a separator (1) and a system comprising a separator (1) and a floor grinding machine (2).
(FR) Le présent document divulgue un procédé de fonctionnement d'un séparateur (1) pour séparer des particules d'un flux d'air chargé de particules, le séparateur comprenant un trajet d'écoulement (F), une unité de séparation (11, 12, 13), disposée dans le trajet d'écoulement (F), une roue (14), disposée dans le trajet d'écoulement (F), et un moteur électrique (15), configuré pour entraîner la roue (14) de façon à générer le flux d'air dans le trajet d'écoulement (F). Le procédé comprend l'initiation d'une alimentation électrique du moteur électrique (15), la mesure d'une pression dans le trajet d'écoulement à l'aide d'un capteur de pression (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d), la détermination d'une direction du flux d'air sur la base de la pression, et si la direction du flux d'air ne correspond pas à une direction souhaitée du flux d'air, alors le changement d'une séquence de phase de l'alimentation électrique du moteur électrique (15).
