Abstract:
(EN) A heat- and sound-insulating material containing mineral fibers 0.5 to 10.0 microns in diameter and a binder obtained by curing an aqueous composition containing polyvinyl alcohol, modified starch and processing additives, as well as a combination of two dehydrating agents, wherein the primary dehydrating agent is at least one substance selected from among an organic titanium compound, an organic nickel compound, and a boron-phosphorus compound, and the additional dehydrating agent is at least one substance selected from among silver salts, rhenium salts, zirconium salts and cerium salts. The invention also relates to a method for producing such material. The invention makes it possible to substantially increase the ease and environmental safety of the process of manufacturing articles from fibrous material based on a non-phenol formaldehyde binder, and to improve the characteristics of the finished product.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau d'isolation thermique et phonique contenant des fibres minérales ayant un diamètre de 0,5 à 10,0 micromètres et un liant obtenu par le durcissement d'une composition aqueuse contenant de l'alcool polyvinylique, de l'amidon modifié et des additifs techniques, ainsi qu'une combinaison de deux agents déshydratants, l'agent déshydratant principal se présentant comme au moins une substance sélectionnée parmi un composé organique de titane, un composé organique de nickel et un composé de bore et de phosphore, et l'agent déshydratant supplémentaire se présentant comme au moins une substance sélectionnée parmi les sels d'argent, les sels de rhénium, les sels de zirconium et les sels de cérium. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production de ce matériau. L'invention permet d'améliorer sensiblement la facilité de mise en oeuvre et la sécurité environnementale du processus de fabrication d'articles en matière fibreuse à base de liant non-phénol-formaldéhyde et d'améliorer les caractéristiques du produit fini.
(RU) Представлен тепло- и звукоизоляционный материал, содержащий минеральные волокна диаметром от 0,5 до 10,0 мкм и связующее, полученное отверждением водной композиции, содержащей поливиниловый спирт, модифицированный крахмал и технологические добавки, а также комбинацию двух дегидратирующих агентов, причем основной дегидратирующий агент представляет собой по меньшей мере одно вещество, выбранное из органического соединения титана, органического соединения никеля и борофосфорного соединения, а дополнительный дегидратирующий агент представляет собой по меньшей мере одно вещество, выбранное из солей серебра, солей рения, солей циркония и солей церия. Также изобретение относится к способу получения такого материала. Изобретение позволяет существенно повысить технологичность и экологическую безопасность процесса изготовления изделий из волокнистого материала на нефеноформальдегидном связующем, а также улучшить характеристики готового продукта.
