Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method of producing an article suitable for use as a bioflocculant or a biosorbent for waste material and heavy metal removal. The method preferably comprises the steps of growing cells of a marine filamentous bacterium in a culture medium to achieve a log phase of bacteria growth (100); harvesting by way of separating the said cells of marine filamentous bacterium from the culture medium (200), wherein the step of harvesting includes centrifugation; and fixing the harvested cells of marine filamentous bacterium by subjecting the same to treatment with formaldehyde (300), wherein the said article comprises the fixed cells of marine filamentous bacterium.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un élément approprié pour une utilisation en tant que biofloculant ou biosorbant pour l'élimination de déchets et de métaux lourds. Le procédé comprend de préférence les étapes consistant à cultiver des cellules d'une bactérie filamenteuse marine dans un milieu de culture pour obtenir une phase logarithmique de croissance bactérienne (100); à effectuer un prélèvement par séparation desdites cellules de bactérie filamenteuse marine du milieu de culture (200), l'étape de prélèvement comprenant la centrifugation; et à fixer des cellules récoltées de la bactérie filamenteuse marine en les soumettant à un traitement au formaldéhyde (300), ledit élément comprenant les cellules fixées de la bactérie filamenteuse marine.
