Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a straightly assembled block comprising engaging assembly means configured in male and female types, first ends of which can be coupled to each other, such that male and female piece blocks can be assembled by connecting the same to each other straightly, and the engaging assembly means are improved such that wear is prevented in spite of repeated separation/coupling, thereby maintaining continuous assembly power. To this end, the male and female piece blocks have engaging assembly means, first ends of which protrude in arc shapes, and the second ends of which are coupled to each other. Alternatively, connecting blocks have engaging assembly means formed on both ends thereof in different types. The engaging assembly means formed on the piece blocks or on the connecting blocks comprise a recessed portion and a protruding portion. Each of the recessed portion and the protruding portion has a guide means and a coupling means provided on both coupling surfaces thereof, respectively, the coupling means being guided along the guide means so as to engage, such that the same are connected on the same straight line. An incision hole for an elastic action is formed from a corner of the recessed portion toward the interior, on which a rotating shaft is formed, such that, when the protruding portion is guided and coupled, the incision hole is elastically operated so as to widen the recessed portion in the leftward/rightward outward direction, thereby preventing wear of the engaging coupling means.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un bloc assemblé en ligne droite comprenant des moyens d'assemblage de mise en prise conçus selon des types mâle et femelle, dont des premières extrémités peuvent être couplées entre elles, si bien que des blocs de pièces mâle et femelle peuvent être assemblés par leur liaison en ligne droite, et les moyens d'assemblage de mise en prise sont améliorés de sorte qu'une usure est empêchée malgré une séparation/un couplage répétés, ce qui permet de maintenir une puissance d'assemblage continue. À cet effet, les blocs de pièces mâle et femelle comprennent des moyens d'assemblage de mise en prise, dont des premières extrémités font saillie en forme d'arc, et dont les secondes extrémités sont couplées entre elles. En variante, des blocs de liaison comprennent des moyens d'assemblage de mise en prise formés sur leurs deux extrémités selon différents types. Les moyens d'assemblage de mise en prise formés sur les blocs de pièces ou sur les blocs de liaison comprennent une partie en creux et une partie en saillie. La partie en creux et la partie en saillie comportent chacune un moyen de guidage et un moyen de couplage prévus sur leurs deux surfaces de couplage respectivement, les moyens de couplage étant guidés le long des moyens de guidage de manière à venir en prise, de sorte que ceux-ci sont reliés sur la même ligne droite. Un trou d'incision à actionnement élastique est formé à partir d'un coin de la partie en creux vers l'intérieur, où est formé un arbre rotatif, de sorte que, lorsque la partie en saillie est guidée et couplée, le trou d'incision est actionné élastiquement de façon à élargir la partie en creux dans la direction vers l'extérieur vers la gauche/vers la droite, ce qui empêche l'usure des moyens de couplage qui sont mis en prise.
(KO) 본 발명은 일측단에 서로 결합될 수 있는 맞물림 조립수단이 암,수의 형태로 이루어져 암,수 조각블록을 서로 일자가 되도록 연결하여 조립되어질 수 있도록 한 일자조립블록에 관한 것으로, 맞물림 조립수단을 개선하여 반복적인 분리결합에도 마모를 방지하여 지속적인 조립력이 유지되도록 한 것이다. 이를 위하여 일측단이 호형으로 돌출되고 타측단은 서로 결합되는 맞물림 조립수단을 갖는 암,수 조각블록이나 양 측단에 서로 다른 형태의 맞물림 조립수단이 형성된 연결블록과 상기 조각블록이나 연결블록에 형성된 맞물림 조립수단이 요입부와 돌출부의 형태로 이루어져 상기 요입부와 돌출부 각각의 양측 결합면에 가이드수단과 상기 가이드수단을 따라 안내되어 맞물림되는 결합수단으로 이루어져 동일직선상에서 연결되고, 상기 요입부의 모서리에서 회동축이 형성된 내측 방향으로 탄성작용을 위한 절개홀을 형성하여 돌출부가 가이드되어 결합될 때 요입부가 좌우 외측으로 벌어지게 탄성작동되어 맞물림 결합수단의 마모를 방지토록 한 것이다.
