An artificial neural circuit according to the present invention comprises: a thin film transistor array having a plurality of thin film transistors formed, on a flexible substrate, in a matrix form, by at least one method among roll-to-roll gravure, offset, gravure-offset, reverse offset and screen printing methods; a sensing unit having a plurality of sensing resistors respectively connected with the thin film transistor array; a conversion unit for receiving a plurality of sensing signals sensed by the sensing resistors, and providing a clock signal as a sensing output signal corresponding to a signal obtained by serializing the plurality of sensing signals; and a transmission unit for transmitting the sensing output signal.

Selon l'invention, un circuit neuronal artificiel comprend : un réseau de transistors en couches minces comprenant une pluralité de transistors en couches minces formés sur un substrat flexible sous une forme matricielle selon au moins l'un des procédés suivants : gravure de rouleau à rouleau, offset, offset de gravure, décalage inverse et sérigraphie; une unité de détection ayant une pluralité de résistances de détection connectées respectivement au réseau de transistors en couches minces; une unité de conversion permettant de recevoir une pluralité de signaux de détection détectés par les résistances de détection et de fournir un signal d'horloge en tant que signal de sortie de détection correspondant à un signal obtenu par sérialisation de la pluralité de signaux de détection; et une unité de transmission permettant de transmettre le signal de sortie de détection.

본 발명에 의한 인공 신경 회로는, 유연 기판 상에 롤투롤 그라비아, 옵셋, 그라비아-옵셋, 리버스 옵셋, 스크린 인쇄 방식 중 적어도 하나의 방식으로 형성된 복수의 박막트랜지스터들이 매트릭스 형태로 구성된 박막트랜지스터 어레이, 및 상기 박막트랜지스터 어레이와 각각 연결된 복수의 감지 저항들로 구성된 감지부, 상기 감지 저항들로부터 감지된 복수의 감지 신호들을 수신하고, 클럭 신호를 상기 복수의 감지 신호들을 직렬화한 신호에 상응하는 감지 출력 신호로 제공하는 변환부, 및 상기 감지 출력 신호를 전달하는 전달부를 포함한다.
