Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a Lactobacillus rhamnosus LM1019 strain (accession number: KCCM12308P), and a composition for preventing and treating obesity or diabetes including same. Specifically, the Lactobacillus rhamnosus LM1019 strain according to the present invention reduces fat cells, neutral lipids, subcutaneous fat, and cholesterol, thus having an obesity prevention and treatment effect, and also reduces the blood concentrations of glucose and insulin, thereby suppressing insulin resistance and thus having a diabetes prevention and treatment effect.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une souche de Lactobacillus rhamnosus LM1019 (numéro d'enregistrement : KCCM12308P), et une composition de prévention et de traitement de l'obésité ou du diabète la comprenant. Plus particulièrement, la souche de Lactobacillus rhamnosus LM1019 selon la présente invention réduit les cellules adipeuses, les lipides neutres, la graisse sous-cutanée, et le cholestérol, ayant ainsi un effet de prévention et de traitement de l'obésité, et réduit également la glucolémie et l'insulinémie, supprimant ainsi la résistance à l'insuline et ayant ainsi un effet de prévention et de traitement du diabète.
(KO) 본 발명은 락토바실러스 람노수스 LM1019 균주(Lactobacillus rhamnosus LM1019, 수탁번호 KCCM12308P) 및 이를 포함하는 비만 또는 당뇨병 예방 및 치료용조성물에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명의 락토바실러스 람노수스 LM1019 균주는 지방세포, 중성지방, 피하지방 및 콜레스테롤을 감소시켜 비만을 예방 및 치료하는 효과를 가지면서, 동시에 혈중 글루오코스 농도 및 인슐린 농도를 감소시켜 인슐린 저항성을 억제함으로써 당뇨병을 예방 및 치료하는 효과를 가진다.
