Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to: a composition comprising cell fate regulatory factor-supported porous silica particles; and a method for regulating cell fate, comprising a step of treating various cells with the same. The present invention stably delivers a cell fate regulatory factor to target receptors, reduces toxicity against a cell to be delivered and can effectively regulate the fate of the target cell through the sustained release of 99 wt% or more of the cell fate regulatory factor.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : une composition comprenant des particules de silice poreuses supportées par un facteur de régulation du devenir cellulaire; et un procédé de régulation du devenir cellulaire, comprenant une étape de traitement de diverses cellules avec cette dernière. La présente invention libère de manière stable un facteur de régulation du devenir cellulaire vers des récepteurs cibles, réduit la toxicité contre une cellule à administrer et peut efficacement réguler le devenir de la cellule cible au moyen de la libération soutenue de 99 % en pds ou plus du facteur de régulation du devenir cellulaire.
(KO) 본 발명은 세포 운명 조절 인자를 담지한 다공성 실리카 입자를 포함하는 조성물 및 이를 다양한 세포에 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 세포 운명 조절방법에 대한 것으로서, 세포 운명 조절 인자를 안정적인 타겟 수용체에의 전달하고, 전달 대상 세포에의 독성을 감소시키며, 서방적이고 99중량% 이상의 방출을 통해 효과적으로 대상세포의 운명을 조절할 수 있다.
