Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is a system for producing an ester composition, comprising an integrated reactor, a gas-liquid separation column, a refining unit, an alcohol storage tank, and a mixed alcohol separation column, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a system for producing an ester composition, which is efficient, economical and simplified. The prevent invention can provide a simplified system for producing an ester composition, which, by introducing an integrated reactor allowing a production reaction of an ester compound and a production reaction of an ester composition to be performed in one space, a mixed alcohol separation column and a gas-liquid separation column, can reduce facility space, significantly reduce reaction facilities, and save transfer time. The present invention can also provide a method for producing an ester composition by using the system.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de production d'une composition d'ester, comprenant un réacteur intégré, une colonne de séparation gaz-liquide, une unité de raffinage, un réservoir de stockage d'alcool, et une colonne de séparation d'alcool mixte ; le but de la présente invention est d’offrir un système efficace, économique et simplifié de production d'une composition d'ester. La présente invention permet de créer un système simplifié pour produire une composition d'ester, qui, grâce à l'inclusion d’un réacteur intégré, permet de réaliser une réaction de production d'un composé ester et une réaction de production d'une composition d'ester dans un même espace, d’une colonne de séparation d'alcool mixte et d’une colonne de séparation gaz-liquide, permet de réduire l'espace d'installation, de réduire sensiblement les installations de réaction et d’économiser le temps de transfert. La présente invention porte également sur un procédé de production d'une composition d'ester au moyen dudit système.
(KO) 본 발명은 통합 반응기, 기액 분리 컬럼, 정제 유닛, 알코올 저장 탱크 및 혼합 알코올 분리 컬럼을 포함하는 에스터 조성물의 제조 시스템으로, 효율적이고 경제적이며 간소화된 에스터 조성물의 제조 시스템을 제공하고자 한 것으로서, 에스터 화합물이 제조되는 반응 및 에스터 조성물이 제조되는 반응이 한 공간에서 수행되는 통합 반응기와 혼합 알코올 분리 컬럼 및 기액 분리 컬럼의 도입을 통해서 설비 공간이 축소되고 반응 설비가 대폭 제거될 수 있으며 이송 시간을 절감할 수 있는 간소화된 에스터 조성물의 제조 시스템 및 이를 이용한 에스터 조성물의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
