Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is a method for removing a primary alcohol in esterification, in comparison to the conventional methods, which comprises: a step of reacting, in an esterification reactor comprising a liquid exit line connected to a liquid section in the reactor, a primary alcohol with a carbonyl-based compound having one or more functional groups selected from the group consisting of a carboxyl group, an ester group and an acid anhydride group; and a step of removing the primary alcohol by way of gas-liquid separation in a gas-liquid separation column, wherein the introduction of a liquid stream into the gas-liquid separation column starts at 10% to 70% of the total required time required for the gas-liquid separation. By controlling the time at which the liquid stream is discharged through the liquid exit line in the gas-liquid separation, the content of a low boiling point mixture containing an unreacted alcohol in the reactor can be reduced to a desired level within a short time, and the reactions of direct esterification and transesterification can be combined into one process, accordingly.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'élimination d'un alcool primaire dans l'estérification qui comprend, par rapport aux procédés classiques : une étape de réaction, dans un réacteur d'estérification comprenant une ligne de sortie de liquide reliée à une section de liquide dans le réacteur, un alcool primaire avec un composé à base de carbonyle ayant un ou plusieurs groupes fonctionnels sélectionnés dans le groupe constitué d'un groupe carboxyle, d'un groupe ester et d'un groupe anhydride d'acide ; et une étape d'élimination de l'alcool primaire par séparation gaz-liquide dans une colonne de séparation gaz-liquide, l'introduction d'un courant de liquide dans la colonne de séparation gaz-liquide commençant à 10 % à 70 % du temps total nécessaire requis pour la séparation gaz-liquide. En régulant le temps pendant lequel le courant de liquide est déchargé à travers la ligne de sortie de liquide dans la séparation gaz-liquide, le contenu d'un mélange à bas point d'ébullition contenant un alcool n'ayant pas réagi dans le réacteur peut être réduit à un niveau souhaité en un court laps de temps, et les réactions d'estérification directe et de transestérification peuvent être combinées en un seul processus, en conséquence.
(KO) 본 발명은 기존에 비하여 반응기 내 액상 구획과 연결된 액상 출구 라인을 포함하는 에스터화 반응기에서, 카복실기, 에스터기 및 산무수물기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 이상의 작용기를 갖는 카보닐계 화합물과 1가 알코올이 반응하는 단계 및 기액 분리 컬럼에서 기액 분리되어 상기 1가 알코올이 제거되는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 기액 분리 컬럼으로의 액상 스트림의 유입은 상기 기액 분리에 소요되는 총 소요시간의 10% 내지 70%의 시점부터 시작되는 것인 에스터화 반응에서의 1가 알코올의 제거 방법으로서, 상기 기액 분리에 있어서 액상 출구 라인으로 액상 스트림을 유출시키는 시점을 제어함으로써, 단 시간 내에 원하는 수준까지 반응기 내의 미반응 알코올을 함유하는 저비점 혼합물의 함량을 저감할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 직접 에스터화 반응과 트랜스 에스터화 반응을 하나의 공정으로 통합할 수 있는 효과도 볼 수 있다.
