Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing pancreatic cancer using methionyl-tRNA synthetase (MRS). When used as a pancreatic cancer marker, MRS has a significantly higher level of diagnostic accuracy than conventional pancreatic cancer markers such as CEA; thus, analyzing the expression status of methionyl-tRNA synthetase (MRS) in pancreatic cells has the effect of clearly determining the presence or absence of pancreatic cancer, and said effect is likewise exhibited even in the cells that have been determined to be atypical cells by a general staining technique, and thus can be very useful in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une méthode de diagnostic du cancer du pancréas à l'aide de méthionyl-ARNt synthétase (MRS). Lorsqu'elle est utilisée en tant que marqueur du cancer du pancréas, la MRS a un niveau de précision de diagnostic considérablement plus élevé que les marqueurs du cancer du pancréas classiques tels que le CEA; ainsi, l'analyse de l'état d'expression de la méthionyl-ARNt synthétase (MRS) dans les cellules pancréatiques a pour effet de déterminer clairement la présence ou l'absence de cancer du pancréas, et ledit effet est également présenté y compris dans les cellules qui ont été déterminées comme étant des cellules atypiques par une technique de coloration générale, et peut donc être très utile dans le diagnostic du cancer du pancréas.
(KO) 본 발명은 메티오닐 -티알엔에이 합성효소 (methionyl-tRNA synthetase, MRS)를 이용한 췌장암 진단 방법에 관한 것이다. 췌장암 마커로서 MRS를 이용하면 기존의 CEA와 같은 췌장암 마커보다 진단 정확도가 현저히 높아 췌장세포에서 MRS(methionyl-tRNA synthetase)의 발현여부를 분석함으로써 췌장암인지 여부를 명확하게 판단할 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 이러한 효과는 일반염색법에 의해 비정형 세포 (Atypical cel l )로 판단이 된 세포에서도 동일하게 나타난다는 점에서 췌장암 진단에 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
