Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a nanoparticle production reactor. An aspect of the present invention provides a nanoparticle production reactor comprising: a main chamber including a first nozzle through which a raw gas is supplied; a lens housing which is connected to the main chamber to allow fluid to move therebetween and includes a second nozzle for supplying flushing gas thereinto; a lens mounted on the lens housing; a light source for emitting a laser such that the laser passes through the lens to reach a raw gas in the main chamber; and a hood for discharging a nanoparticle produced in the main chamber, wherein the lens housing is provided to have at least a partial region having a sectional area decreasing along a direction toward the main chamber.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un masque réacteur de production de nanoparticules. Un aspect de la présente invention concerne un réacteur de production de nanoparticules comprenant : une chambre principale comprenant une première buse à travers laquelle un gaz brut est fourni; un boîtier à lentille qui est relié à la chambre principale pour permettre au fluide de se déplacer entre ceux-ci et comprend une seconde buse pour fournir un gaz de rinçage dans celle-ci; une lentille montée sur le boîtier à lentille; une source de lumière pour émettre un laser de telle sorte que le laser passe à travers la lentille pour atteindre un gaz brut dans la chambre principale; et une hotte pour décharger une nanoparticule produite dans la chambre principale, le boîtier de lentille étant conçu pour avoir au moins une région partielle ayant une aire de section décroissante le long d'une direction vers la chambre principale.
(KO) 본 발명은 나노 입자 생산 반응기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 원료 가스가 공급되는 제1 노즐을 포함하는 주 챔버, 주 챔버와 유체 이동 가능하게 연결되고, 내부로 플러싱 가스를 공급하기 위한 제2 노즐을 포함하는 렌즈 하우징, 렌즈 하우징에 장착된 렌즈, 렌즈를 통과하여 주 챔버 내 원료 가스에 도달하도록 레이저를 조사하기 위한 광원, 및 주 챔버에서 생성된 나노 입자가 배출되는 후드를 포함하며, 렌즈 하우징은 주 챔버를 향하는 방향을 따라 적어도 일부 영역의 단면적이 작아지도록 마련된, 나노 입자 생산 반응기가 제공된다.
