Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an HMI controller for inputting a setting value of a process facility through a control linkage between a manufacturing execution system and the process facility. More specifically, the present invention relates to an HMI controller for controlling a process facility through an HMI thereof, comprising: a transmitting/receiving unit for transmitting/receiving data to/from a manufacturing execution system and a process facility and for receiving a work instruction event of the manufacturing execution system when a work instruction event occurs; an image acquisition unit for acquiring an HMI image of the process facility subject to a work instruction from the work instruction event received by the transmitting/receiving unit; a setting value generating unit for generating a setting value according to a condition required for the work instruction event of the manufacturing execution system by collecting process data from the HMI image acquired by the image acquisition unit; and a remote control unit for remotely controlling a control device of the process facility through the HMI image of the process facility acquired by the image acquisition unit and inputting the setting value generated by the setting value generating unit into the HMI of the process facility.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un contrôleur d'interface homme-machine (IHM) pour l'introduction d'une valeur de réglage d'une installation de traitement par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison de commande entre un système de gestion de fabrication et l'installation de traitement. Plus précisément, la présente invention concerne un contrôleur d'IHM destiné à commander une installation de traitement par l'intermédiaire d'une IHM de l'installation de traitement, comprenant : une unité d'émission/réception pour envoyer des données à un système de gestion de fabrication et à une installation de traitement, et recevoir des données en provenance de ceux-ci, et pour recevoir un événement d'instruction de travail du système de gestion de fabrication lorsque l'événement d'instruction de travail survient; une unité d'acquisition d'image pour acquérir une image d'IHM de l'installation de traitement soumise à une instruction de travail issue de l'événement d'instruction de travail reçu par l'unité d'émission/réception; une unité de génération de valeur de réglage pour générer une valeur de réglage selon une condition requise pour l'événement d'instruction de travail du système de gestion de fabrication par collecte de données de traitement à partir de l'image d'IHM acquise par l'unité d'acquisition d'image; et une unité de télécommande pour télécommander un dispositif de commande de l'installation de traitement par l'intermédiaire de l'image d'IHM de l'installation de traitement acquise par l'unité d'acquisition d'image et introduire la valeur de réglage générée par l'unité de génération de valeur de réglage dans l'IHM de l'installation de traitement.
(KO) 본 발명은 생산관리시스템과 공정 설비의 제어 연계를 통해 공정 설비의 설정값을 입력하는 HMI 제어기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 공정 설비의 HMI를 통해 해당 공정 설비를 제어하는 HMI 제어기로서, 생산관리시스템 및 공정 설비와 데이터를 송수신하고, 상기 생산관리시스템의 작업 지시 이벤트 발생 시 상기 작업 지시 이벤트를 수신하는 송수신부; 상기 송수신부가 수신한 작업 지시 이벤트에서 작업 지시의 대상이 되는 공정 설비의 HMI 영상을 획득하는 영상 획득부; 상기 영상 획득부가 획득한 HMI 영상으로부터 공정 데이터를 수집하여 상기 생산관리시스템의 작업 지시 이벤트에서 요구하는 조건에 따른 설정값을 생성하는 설정값 생성부; 상기 영상 획득부가 획득한 공정 설비의 HMI 영상을 통해 상기 공정 설비의 제어 장치를 원격 제어하여 상기 공정 설비의 HMI로 상기 설정값 생성부에서 생성한 설정값을 입력하는 원격제어부를 포함하는 것을 그 구성상의 특징으로 한다.
