Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a privacy protection device for display devices, the privacy protection device being capable of switching between a wide viewing angle mode and a narrow viewing angle mode. A device according to the present invention includes: a first transparent substrate; a second transparent substrate disposed facing the first transparent substrate while spaced apart a predetermined distance therefrom; and a spacer which is disposed between the first and second transparent substrates to maintain the distance between the first transparent substrate and second transparent substrate and define the space between the first and second transparent substrates. A first transparent conductive oxide layer is formed on the second transparent substrate-facing surface of the first transparent substrate, and a second transparent conductive oxide layer is formed on the first transparent substrate-facing surface of the second transparent substrate. Moreover, a transparent conductive adhesive layer is attached to the first transparent conductive oxide layer. A mesh comprises partition walls and cavities defined by the sides of the partition walls. A third conductive oxide layer is formed on the mesh, the third conductive oxide layer integrally extending from lower surfaces of the partition walls to the cavity-defining sides of the partition walls. A plurality of electrochromic layers are formed on the third conductive oxide layers of the partition wall sides defining the cavities in the mesh. The first and second transparent substrates are bonded and sealed with the spacer therebetween, and an electrolytic solution is filled in the space between the first and second transparent substrates.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de protection de confidentialité destiné à des dispositifs d'affichage, le dispositif de protection de confidentialité permettant une commutation entre un mode grand angle de vision et un mode angle de vision étroit. Un dispositif selon la présente invention comprend : un premier substrat transparent ; un second substrat transparent placé face au premier substrat transparent tout en en étant espacé selon une distance prédéfinie ; et un élément d'espacement qui est placé entre les premier et second substrats transparents pour maintenir la distance entre le premier substrat transparent et le second substrat transparent et pour définir l'espace entre les premier et second substrats transparents. Une première couche d'oxyde conducteur transparente est formée sur la surface faisant face au second substrat transparent du premier substrat transparent, et une deuxième couche d'oxyde conducteur transparente est formée sur la surface faisant face au premier substrat transparent du second substrat transparent. De plus, une couche adhésive conductrice transparente est fixée à la première couche d'oxyde conducteur transparente. Un maillage comprend des parois de séparation et des cavités définies par les côtés des parois de séparation. Une troisième couche d'oxyde conducteur est formée sur le maillage, la troisième couche d'oxyde conducteur s'étendant d'un seul tenant à partir des surfaces inférieures des parois de séparation vers les côtés définissant une cavité des parois de séparation. Une pluralité de couches électrochromes est formée sur les troisièmes couches d'oxyde conducteur des côtés de paroi de séparation définissant les cavités dans le maillage. Les premier et second substrats transparents sont liés et sont scellés avec l'élément d'espacement entre eux, et une solution électrolytique remplit l'espace entre les premier et second substrats transparents.
(KO) 본 발명은 광시야각 모드와 협시야각 모드의 스위칭이 가능한 디스플레이 장치용 사생활 보호 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 장치는 제1 투명 기판과, 상기 제1 투명기판과 일정한 간격으로 이격되어 마주보도록 배치된 제2 투명기판과, 상기 제1 투명기판과 제2 투명기판 사이의 간격을 유지하고, 제1 및 제2 투명기판 사이의 공간을 한정하기 위하여 제1 및 제2 투명기판 사이에 배치된 스페이서를 포함한다. 상기 제1 투명 기판의 제2 투명기판을 마주보는 면에는 제1 투명 전도성 산화물층이 형성되어 있고, 제2 투명기판의 제1 투명기판과 마주보는 면에는 제2 투명 전도성 산화물층이 형성되어 있다. 또한, 상기 제1 투명 전도성 산화물층에는 투명 전도성 접착제층이 부착되어 있다. 메시는 격벽들과 상기 격벽들의 측면에 의해서 한정되는 공동들을 구비한다. 상기 메시에는 격벽들의 하부면으로부터 상기 공동을 한정하는 격벽들의 측면들까지 일체로 연장되는 제3 전도성 산화물층이 형성되어 있고, 상기 메시의 공동을 한정하는 격벽들의 측면들의 제3 전도성 산화물층 상에 복수의 전기 변색층이 형성되어 있다. 상기 제1 및 제2 투명 기판은 스페이서를 사이에 두고 합착 밀봉되어 있고, 상기 제1 및 제2 투명기판 사이의 공간에는 전해질 용액이 충전되어 있다.
