Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for preparing a high-purity aliphatic isocyanate comprising an aliphatic polyisocyanate, wherein in the method, the occurrence of side reactions or the production of byproducts can be suppressed. The method for preparing an aliphatic isocyanate comprises a step for reacting a salt of an aliphatic amine with phosgene, the reaction step comprising a first reaction step for reacting phosgene with the salt of the aliphatic amine while primarily introducing the phosgene, under a temperature of 80-100°C; and a second reaction step for reacting phosgene with the resultant product in the first reaction step while secondarily introducing the phosgene, under a temperature of 120-160°C, wherein the amount of the primarily introduced phosgene may correspond to a predetermined proportion of the total amount of the phosgene.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un isocyanate aliphatique de haute pureté comprenant un polyisocyanate aliphatique, dans lequel procédé, l'apparition de réactions secondaires ou la production de sous-produits peut être éliminée. Le procédé de préparation d'un isocyanate aliphatique selon la présente invention comprend une étape consistant à faire réagir un sel d'une amine aliphatique avec du phosgène, l'étape de réaction comprenant une première étape de réaction qui consiste à faire réagir du phosgène avec le sel de l'amine aliphatique tout en introduisant une première fois le phosgène, à une température de 80 à 100 °C ; et une seconde étape de réaction qui consiste à faire réagir du phosgène avec le produit résultant dans la première étape de réaction tout en introduisant une seconde fois le phosgène, à une température de 120 à 160 °C, la quantité du phosgène introduite la première fois pouvant correspondre à une proportion prédéterminée de la quantité totale du phosgène.
(KO) 본 발명은 부반웅의 발생이나 부산물의 생성을 억제할 수 있는 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 지방족 이소시아네이트의 고순도 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 지방족 이소시아네이트의 제조방법은 지방족 아민의 염을 포스겐과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 반응 단계는 80 내지 100°C의 온도 하에, 포스겐을 1차 투입하면서 상기 지방족 아민의 염과 반응시키는 제 1 반응 단계와, 120 내지 160°C의 온도 하에, 포스겐을 2차 투입하면서 상기 제 1 반응 단계의 결과물과 반응시키는 제 2 반응 단계를 포함하고, 상기 1차 투입되는 포스겐의 양은 포스겐 총량의 일정 비율로 되는 것일 수 있다.
