Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for generating a three-dimensional brain map, the method comprising the steps of: acquiring a brain MRI image of a subject; segmenting the brain MRI image into multiple regions; by using the segmented brain MRI image, generating a three-dimensional brain image, including the multiple regions, of the subject; and, on the basis of the properties of each of the multiple regions included in the three-dimensional brain image, generating a three-dimensional brain map of the subject, by which a process for transferring an electrical stimulation to the brain of the subject may be simulated, wherein the step for segmenting includes a step for acquiring the segmented brain MRI image of the subject by inputting the brain MRI image of the subject in a model that has undergone learning using a plurality of processed brain MRI images.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de génération d'une carte tridimensionnelle du cerveau, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : acquérir une image par IRM du cerveau d'un sujet ; segmenter l'image par IRM du cerveau en de multiples régions ; générer, en utilisant l'image par IRM segmentée du cerveau, une image tridimensionnelle du cerveau, comprenant les multiples régions, du sujet ; et, sur la base des propriétés de chacune des multiples régions comprises dans l'image tridimensionnelle du cerveau, générer une carte tridimensionnelle du cerveau du sujet, au moyen de laquelle peut être simulé un processus de transfert d'une stimulation électrique vers le cerveau du sujet, l'étape de segmentation comprenant une étape d'acquisition de l'image par IRM segmentée du cerveau du sujet par l'entrée de l'image par IRM du cerveau du sujet dans un modèle qui a subi un apprentissage à l'aide d'une pluralité d'images par IRM traitées du cerveau.
