(KO) 폴딩 안정성이 우수한 점착제의 선정방법
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method of deriving significant factors of rheological properties, which influence folding stability for developing an adhesive with excellent folding stability, and predicting folding stability through the same. It is possible to select an adhesive with excellent folding stability by measuring initial stress and a strain recovery rate as the significant factors, and measuring predicted folding stability (predicted number of times of folding) therefrom.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de dérivation de facteurs significatifs de propriétés rhéologiques, qui influencent la stabilité de pliage pour le développement d'un adhésif ayant une excellente stabilité de pliage, et de prédiction de la stabilité de pliage par le biais de celui-ci. Il est possible de sélectionner un adhésif ayant une excellente stabilité de pliage grâce à la mesure de la tension initiale et d'un taux de récupération de contrainte en tant que facteurs significatifs, et grâce à la mesure de la stabilité de pliage prédite (nombre prédit de fois de pliage) à partir de celui-ci.
(KO) 본 발명은 폴딩(folding) 안정성이 우수한 점착제의 개발을 위해 폴딩 안정성에 영향을 주는 유변물성 유의인자를 도출하고 이를 통해 폴딩 안정성을 예측하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 유의인자로서 초기 스트레스(initial stress) 및 변형 회복률(strain recovery)을 측정하여 이로부터 예측 폴딩 안정성(예측 폴딩 횟수)을 계산함으로써 폴딩 안정성이 우수한 점착제를 선정할 수 있다.
