Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a nickel powder fabrication method, in which: a sample containing nickel hydroxide (Ni(OH)2) is prepared; the sample is washed to remove water-soluble impurities contained in the sample; a carbon-based reducing agent is injected into the washed sample and is heated and reduced; and a nickel (Ni) metal contained in the reduced sample is recovered through magnetic separation.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de poudre de nickel, dans lequel : un échantillon contenant de l'hydroxyde de nickel (Ni(OH)2) est préparé; l'échantillon est lavé pour éliminer les impuretés hydrosolubles contenues dans l'échantillon; un agent réducteur à base de carbone est injecté dans l'échantillon lavé et celui-ci est chauffé et réduit; et du nickel métallique (Ni) contenu dans l'échantillon réduit est récupéré par séparation magnétique.
(KO) 본 발명은 수산화니켈(Ni(OH)2)을 포함하는 시료가 준비되고, 상기 시료가 수세되어 상기 시료에 포함된 수용성 불순물이 제거되고, 상기 수세된 시료에 탄소계 환원제가 주입되고 가열환원되며, 상기 환원된 시료에 포함된 니켈(Ni) 금속은 자력선별을 통해 회수되는, 니켈 분말 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
