Abstract:
(EN) The present invention may provide a structural analysis tool for a mono frame provided in an angular tube shape as a structure for protecting battery cells, and a method for designing a mono frame using the same, the mono frame structure analysis tool comprising: an input unit for inputting data on the dimensions, the weight, and a stress value of a reference mono frame, which are obtained through previous structural analysis under the same impact condition, and data on the dimensions and the weight of a preliminarily designed mono frame; a calculation unit for calculating, on the basis of a beam theory, a stress ratio between the reference mono frame and the preliminarily designed mono frame, using pieces of data of the reference mono frame and pieces of data of the preliminarily designed mono frame; and an output unit for comparing the stress ratio calculated by the calculation unit and a previously set stress ratio reference value, so as to determine the stability of the preliminarily designed mono frame.
(FR) L'invention concerne un outil d'analyse structurelle pour un monocadre fourni dans une forme de tube angulaire en guise de structure permettant de protéger des cellules de batterie, ainsi qu'un procédé de conception de monocadre utilisant ledit outil, l'outil d'analyse structurelle de monocadre comprenant : une unité d'entrée permettant d'entrer des données sur les dimensions, le poids et une valeur de contrainte d'un monocadre de référence, qui sont obtenues à l'aide de l'analyse structurelle précédente réalisée dans la même condition d'impact, ainsi que des données sur les dimensions et le poids d'un monocadre préalablement conçu; une unité de calcul permettant de calculer, d'après une théorie de faisceau, un rapport de contrainte entre le monocadre de référence et le monocadre préalablement conçu à l'aide des données du monocadre de référence et des données du monocadre préalablement conçu; et une unité de sortie permettant de comparer le rapport de contrainte calculé par l'unité de calcul et une valeur de référence de rapport de contrainte précédemment définie de façon à déterminer la stabilité du monocadre préalablement conçu.
(KO) 본 발명에 따르면 배터리 셀들을 보호하는 구조물로서 각 관 형태로 제공되는 모노 프레임의 구조해석 툴로서, 동일 충격 조건에서 미리 구조 해석한 기준 모노 프레임의 치수, 무게 및 응력 값 데이터 및 가설계된 모노 프레임의 치수 및 무게 데이터를 입력하기 위한 입력부; 상기 기준 모노 프레임의 데이터들과 상기 가설계된 모노 프레임의 데이터들을 사용하여 빔 이론을 기초로 상기 기준 모노 프레임과 상기 가설계된 모노 프레임의 응력비를 산출하는 연산부; 및 상기 연산부에 의해 산출된 응력비와 미리 설정된 응력비 기준값을 비교하여 상기 가설계된 모노 프레임의 안정성을 판별하는 출력부를 포함하는 모노 프레임 구조해석 툴 및 이를 이용한 모노 프레임 설계방법이 제공될 수 있다.
