Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a pallet having a hexagon structure, the pallet comprising an upper structure and a lower structure which are made of a synthetic resin. The hexagon structures made of a synthetic resin are respectively coupled and integrated with spaces formed in the upper structure and the lower structure, such that rigidity can be improved while the weight thereof is reduced. Therefore, a low weight and a high rigidity of the pallet can be implemented. At this point, the hexagon structures are respectively arranged in first and second inner spaces and first to sixth accommodation spaces so as to be respectively integrated with the upper structure and the lower structure, and include: first cores formed in a hexagonal-plate shape and aligned on a horizontal line; first connection parts connecting respective vertices of the first cores to each other so as to align and form a hexagonal upper structure; second cores arranged to be spaced apart in a diagonal direction at the lower part of the first cores, and formed in a hexagonal-plate shape and aligned on a horizontal line; second connection parts for connecting respective vertices of the second cores to each other so as to align and form a hexagonal lower structure; and supports for connecting the facing corners of the first and second cores in a diagonal direction.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une palette à structure hexagonale, la palette comprenant une structure supérieure et une structure inférieure constituées d'une résine synthétique. Les structures hexagonales constituées d'une résine synthétique sont respectivement couplées et intégrées à des espaces formés dans la structure supérieure et la structure inférieure, de sorte à pouvoir améliorer la rigidité tout en réduisant leur poids. Par conséquent, il est possible d'obtenir un poids faible et une rigidité élevée de la palette. À ce stade, les structures hexagonales sont respectivement agencées dans des premier et second espaces internes et des premier à sixième espaces de logement de façon à être respectivement intégrées à la structure supérieure et à la structure inférieure, et comprennent : des premiers noyaux formés selon une forme de plaque hexagonale et alignés sur une ligne horizontale ; des premières parties de liaison reliant les sommets respectifs des premiers noyaux les uns aux autres de façon à aligner et former une structure supérieure hexagonale ; des seconds noyaux agencés de manière à être espacés dans une direction diagonale au niveau de la partie inférieure des premiers noyaux, et formés selon une forme de plaque hexagonale et alignés sur une ligne horizontale ; des secondes parties de liaison destinées à relier les sommets respectifs des seconds noyaux les uns aux autres de façon à aligner et former une structure inférieure hexagonale ; et des supports pour relier les coins opposés des premier et second noyaux dans une direction diagonale.
(KO) 본 발명은 헥사곤 구조의 팔레트에 관한 것으로서, 합성수지로 형성되는 상부구조물 및 하부구조물을 포함한다. 그리고 상부구조물과 하부구조물에 형성되는 공간에 합성수지로 형성되는 헥사곤 구조물을 각기 결합하여 일체화함으로써, 중량은 감소시키면서 강성은 향상시킬 수 있다. 따라서 팔레트의 저중량 고강성을 구현할 수 있다. 여기서 헥사곤 구조물은 제1,2 내부공간 및 제1 내지 제6 수용공간에 각기 배치되어 상부구조물과 하부구조물에 각각 일체화되며, 육각판상으로 형성되어 수평선상으로 배열된 제1 코어, 상기 제1 코어의 각 꼭짓점을 상호 연결하여 육각형의 상측 구조체를 배열 형성하는 제1 연결부, 상기 제1 코어의 하부에 사선방향으로 이격 배치되며 육각판상으로 형성되어 수평선상으로 배열된 제2 코어, 상기 제2 코어의 각 꼭짓점을 상호 연결하여 육각형의 하측 구조체를 배열 형성하는 제2 연결부 및 상기 제1,2 코어의 서로 마주보는 모서리를 사선방향으로 연결하는 지지대를 포함한다.
