(KO) 알콜아민류 촉매를 이용한 졸-겔 실리카 입자 제조방법 및 실리카 입자가 코팅된 코팅기판 제조방법
Abstract:
(EN) The technical subject of the present invention is that in a method for manufacturing sol-gel silica particles using an alcohol amine catalyst and a method for manufacturing a coating substrate coated with silica particles, the former method comprises the steps of: preparing a silica precursor solution, in which a silica precursor is mixed with an organic solvent, and an alcohol amine catalyst solution, in which an alcohol amine catalyst is mixed with water; and mixing the silica precursor solution and the alcohol amine catalyst solution to prepare a silica sol, wherein the alcohol amine catalyst is a basic catalyst comprising a hydroxyl group (-OH) at an end thereof. Therefore, silica particles can be prepared through a sol-gel reaction using an alcohol amine catalyst having excellent long-term pH stability, and a high-transmission and anti-reflection coating substrate can be obtained by coating the manufactured silica particles on a substrate.
(FR) Le sujet technique de la présente invention concerne une méthode de fabrication de particules de silice sol-gel à l'aide d'un catalyseur d'amine alcool et une méthode de fabrication d'un substrat de revêtement revêtu de particules de silice, la première méthode comprend les étapes consistant à : préparer une solution de précurseur de silice, dans laquelle un précurseur de silice est mélangé avec un solvant organique, et une solution de catalyseur d'amine alcool, dans laquelle un catalyseur d'amine alcool est mélangé avec de l'eau; et mélanger la solution de précurseur de silice et la solution de catalyseur d'amine alcool pour préparer un sol de silice, le catalyseur d'amine alcool étant un catalyseur basique comprenant un groupe hydroxyle (-OH) à une extrémité de celui-ci. Par conséquent, des particules de silice peuvent être préparées par une réaction sol-gel à l'aide d'un catalyseur d'amine alcool ayant une excellente stabilité de pH à long terme, et un substrat de revêtement à transmission élevée et antireflet peut être obtenu par revêtement des particules de silice fabriquées sur un substrat.
(KO) 본 발명은, 알콜아민류 촉매를 이용한 졸-겔 실리카 입자 제조방법 및 실리카 입자가 코팅된 코팅기판 제조방법에 있어서, 실리카 전구체와 유기용매가 혼합된 실리카 전구체 용액 및 알콜아민류 촉매와 물이 혼합된 알콜아민류 촉매용액을 준비하는 단계와; 상기 실리카 전구체 용액과 상기 알콜아민류 촉매용액을 혼합하여 실리카졸을 제조하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 알콜아민류 촉매는 말단에 하이드록시기(-OH)를 포함하는 염기성 촉매인 것을 기술적 요지로 한다. 이에 의해 장기 pH 안정성이 뛰어난 알콜아민류 촉매를 이용하여 졸-겔 반응을 통하여 실리카 입자를 제조하며, 제조된 실리카 입자를 기판에 코팅하여 고투과성의 반사방지(anti reflection) 코팅기판을 얻을 수 있다.
