Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a solar cell module installed and used in a solar blind, the module comprising: a plurality of solar cells, each having a first electrode and a second electrode arranged in parallel on the rear surface of a semiconductor substrate; a substrate on which a conductive pattern connecting the plurality of solar cells is formed; and a protective film for sealing the plurality of solar cells on the front surface of the substrate, wherein the conductive pattern comprises a plurality of conductive units arranged to face a portion of a neighboring first solar cell and a portion of a second solar cell, respectively, from among the plurality of solar cells; an electrode unit formed on the rear surface of the substrate; and a connection unit for connecting between the conductive unit and the electrode unit, and formed to surround the side surface of the substrate. According to one embodiment of the present invention, since all the electrodes are formed on the front surface of the substrate, there is an advantage in that connecting between the modules is easy.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un module de cellule solaire installé et utilisé dans un store solaire, le module comprenant : une pluralité de cellules solaires, chacune ayant une première électrode et une seconde électrode disposées en parallèle sur la surface arrière d'un substrat semi-conducteur; un substrat sur lequel est formé un motif conducteur connectant la pluralité de cellules solaires; et un film protecteur pour sceller la pluralité de cellules solaires sur la surface avant du substrat, le motif conducteur comprenant une pluralité d'unités conductrices agencées pour faire face à une partie d'une première cellule solaire voisine et une partie d'une seconde cellule solaire, respectivement, parmi la pluralité de cellules solaires; une unité d'électrode formée sur la surface arrière du substrat; et une unité de connexion pour la connexion entre l'unité conductrice et l'unité d'électrode, et formée pour entourer la surface latérale du substrat. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, étant donné que toutes les électrodes sont formées sur la surface avant du substrat, un avantage réside dans le fait que la connexion entre les modules est facile.
(KO) 본 발명은 솔라 블라인드에 설치 사용하는 태양전지 모듈에 관한 것으로서, 반도체 기판의 후면에 제1 전극과 제2 전극이 나란하게 배치된 복수의 태양전지들, 상기 복수의 태양전지들을 연결하는 도전 패턴이 형성된 기판 및 상기 기판의 전면에서 상기 복수의 태양전지들을 밀봉하는 보호 필름을 포함하고, 상기 도전 패턴은, 상기 복수의 태양전지들 중 이웃한 제1 태양전지의 일부와 제2 태양전지의 일부와 각각 마주하도록 배치된 복수의 도전부, 상기 기판의 후면에 형성된 전극부, 상기 도전부와 상기 전극부 사이를 연결하며, 상기 기판의 측면을 감싸도록 형성된 연결부를 포함하는 태양전지 모듈에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 전극이 모두 기판의 전면에 형성되기 때문에, 모듈간 연결이 쉬운 장점이 있다.
