Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, l'invention concerne une méthode de dépistage, pour un patient atteint d'un cancer du poumon ayant acquis une résistance à un agent thérapeutique EGFR, au moyen d'une analyse d'image optique de cellules cancéreuses circulantes du sang et d'AXL.
