Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is a magnetite regeneration apparatus (A) for regenerating magnetite (Fe3O4) mixed in contaminated water in order to adsorb phosphorous in a water treatment apparatus (10), the magnetite regeneration apparatus (A) comprising: a washing tank (100) holding washing water (W) for washing off phosphorous adsorbed on the surface of magnetite (Fe3O4); a magnetite carrier device (200) installed inside the washing tank (100) so as to have an inclined structure in order to transfer the magnetite (Fe3O4) washed in the washing tank (100), wherein the lower end thereof is positioned on the inside bottom of the washing tank (100), and the upper part thereof is installed so as to protrude from the upper side of the washing tank (100); and a magnetite storage part (300) for storing the magnetite (Fe3O4) carried through the carrier device (200). In this case, the magnetite (Fe3O4) that adsorbed the phosphorous in the water treatment apparatus (10) is fed into the washing tank (100) and washed using the washing water (W). The washed magnetite (Fe3O4) is carried to the magnetite storage part (300) by the carrier device (200) and is quickly reused.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de régénération de magnétite (A) pour régénérer la magnétite (Fe3O4) mélangée à de l'eau contaminée afin d'adsorber le phosphore dans un appareil de traitement de l'eau (10), l'appareil de régénération de magnétite (A) comprenant : une cuve de lavage (100) contenant de l'eau de lavage (W) pour laver le phosphore adsorbé à la surface de la magnétite (Fe3O4); un dispositif de transport de magnétite (200) installé à l'intérieur de la cuve de lavage (100) de manière à former une structure inclinée afin de transférer la magnétite (Fe3O4) lavée dans la cuve de lavage (100), l'extrémité inférieure de celui-ci étant positionnée sur le fond intérieur de la cuve de lavage (100), et sa partie supérieure étant installée de façon à faire saillie depuis le côté supérieur de la cuve de lavage (100); et une unité de stockage de magnétite (300) pour stocker la magnétite (Fe3O4) transportée au moyen du dispositif de support (200). Dans ce cas, la magnétite (Fe3O4) qui a adsorbé le phosphore dans l'appareil de traitement d'eau (10) est introduite dans la cuve de lavage (100) et lavée à l'aide de l'eau de lavage (W). La magnétite lavée (Fe3O4) est transportée jusqu'às l'unité de stockage de magnétite (300) par le dispositif de support (200) pour être rapidement réutilisée.
(KO) 본 발명은 수처리장치(10)에서 인의 흡착을 위해 오염수에 혼합되었던 마그네타이트(Fe3O4)를 재생하기 위한 마그네타이트 재생장치(A)로서, 마그네타이트(Fe3O4)의 표면에 흡착된 인을 세척하는 세척수(W)가 담긴 세척조(100); 세척조(100)에서 세척된 마그네타이트(Fe3O4)를 이송하기 위해 세척조(100)의 내부에 경사구조로 설치되되, 하단은 세척조(100)의 내측 하부에 위치하고, 상부는 세척조(100)의 상측으로 돌출되도록 설치되는 마그네타이트 운반장치(200); 운반장치(200)를 통해 운반된 마그네타이트(Fe3O4)를 저장하는 마그네타이트저장부(300);를 포함한다. 이 경우, 수처리장치(10)에서 인을 흡착한 마그네타이트(Fe3O4)는 세척조(100)에 투입되고, 세척수(W)에 의해 세척된다. 세척이 완료된 마그네타이트(Fe3O4)는 운반장치(200)에 의해 마그네타이트저장부(300)로 운반되어 신속하게 재사용된다.
