Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is a magnetite regeneration apparatus (A) for regenerating magnetite (Fe3O4) mixed in contaminated water in order to adsorb phosphorous in a water treatment apparatus (10), the magnetite regeneration apparatus (A) comprising: a washing tank (100) holding washing water (W) for washing off phosphorous adsorbed on the surface of magnetite (Fe3O4); a separation tank (200) for receiving, via an ejection part (110) formed on the lower part of the washing tank (100), the magnetite (Fe3O4) having the phosphorous removed therefrom, and the washing water (W), and separating the magnetite (Fe3O4) and the washing water (W); and a magnetite storage part (300) and a washing water storage part (400) connected to the separation tank (200) and storing the magnetite (Fe3O4) and the washing water (W), respectively, that were separated in the separation tank (200). In this case, the magnetite (Fe3O4) that adsorbed the phosphorous in the water treatment apparatus (10) is fed into the washing tank (100) and washed using the washing water (W). The washed magnetite (Fe3O4) is transferred with the washing water (W) to the separation tank (200) and rapidly separated, and then stored in the magnetite storage part (300). The magnetite regeneration apparatus (A), according to the present invention, enables magnetite (Fe3O4) having phosphorous adsorbed to the surface thereof to be rapidly washed using washing water (W) and rapidly separated from the washing water (W) so as to be reused.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de régénération de magnétite (A) pour régénérer la magnétite (Fe3O4) mélangée à de l'eau contaminée afin d'adsorber le phosphore dans un appareil de traitement de l'eau (10), l'appareil de régénération de magnétite (A) comprenant : une cuve de lavage (100) contenant de l'eau de lavage (W) pour laver le phosphore adsorbé à la surface de la magnétite (Fe3O4); une cuve de séparation (200) pour recevoir, par l'intermédiaire d'un composant d'éjection (110) aménagé sur la partie inférieure de la cuve de lavage (100), la magnétite (Fe3O4) dont le phosphore a été retiré et l'eau de lavage (W), et pour séparer la magnétite (Fe3O4) et l'eau de lavage (W); une unité de stockage de magnétite (300) ainsi qu'une unité de stockage d'eau de lavage (400) reliées au réservoir de séparation (200) pour stocker respectivement la magnétite (Fe3O4) et l'eau de lavage (W) qui ont été séparées dans le réservoir de séparation (200). Dans ce cas, la magnétite (Fe3O4) qui a adsorbé le phosphore dans l'appareil de traitement d'eau (10) est introduite dans la cuve de lavage (100) et lavée à l'aide de l'eau de lavage (W). La magnétite lavée (Fe3O4) est transférée avec l'eau de lavage (W) à la cuve de séparation (200) et rapidement séparée, puis stockée dans l'unité de stockage de magnétite (300). L'appareil de régénération de magnétite (A), selon la présente invention, permet de laver rapidement la magnétite (Fe3O4) contenant du phosphore adsorbé sur sa surface à l'aide d'eau de lavage (W) et de séparer rapidement l'eau de lavage (W) pour qu'e;lle puisse être réutilisée.
(KO) 본 발명은 수처리장치(10)에서 인의 흡착을 위해 오염수에 혼합되었던 마그네타이트(Fe3O4)를 재생하기 위한 마그네타이트 재생장치(A)로서, 마그네타이트(Fe3O4)의 표면에 흡착된 인을 세척하는 세척수(W)가 담긴 세척조(100); 세척조(100)의 하부에 형성된 분출부(110)를 통해, 인이 제거된 마그네타이트(Fe3O4)와 세척수(W)를 공급받아, 마그네타이트(Fe3O4)와 세척수(W)를 분리하는 분리조(200); 분리조(200)와 연결되되, 분리조(200)에서 분리된 마그네타이트(Fe3O4)와 세척수(W)를 각각 저장하는 마그네타이트 저장부(300) 및 세척수 저장부(400);를 포함한다. 이 경우, 수처리장치(10)에서 인을 흡착한 마그네타이트(Fe3O4)는 세척조(100)에 투입되고, 세척수(W)에 의해 세척된다. 세척이 완료된 마그네타이트(Fe3O4)는 세척수(W)와 함께 분리조(200)로 이송되어 신속하게 분리된 후 마그네타이트 저장부(300)에 저장된다. 본 발명의 마그네타이트 재생장치(A)는 표면에 인이 흡착된 마그네타이트(Fe3O4)를 세척수(W)를 이용하여 신속하게 세척하고, 세척수(W)로부터 신속하게 분리되어 재사용된다.
