Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an aerated concrete block which meets the quality (grade 0.5 or more) suggested by KS standards related to lightweight aerated concrete [KS F 2701 lightweight aerated concrete block (ALC block)], minimizes energy consumption when manufacturing aerated concrete and improves waterproof performance. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an aerated concrete block in which air bubbles are formed in concrete, the method for wet-manufacturing a waterproof aerated concrete block comprising the steps of: preparing a plurality of binders containing 95 to 99% by weight of cement as a unit binder, and 1 to 5% by weight of gypsum as an admixture; preparing a cement paste by mixing the plurality of binders and water with the admixture in an amount of 0.4 to 1 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the plurality of binders; preparing aerated concrete by foaming a mixed aqueous solution containing 2 to 5% by weight of a foaming agent and mixing foam having a foaming ratio of 1,000 to 1,500% in the cement paste; and air-drying and curing the aerated concrete after pouring the aerated concrete into a block formwork.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un bloc de béton cellulaire qui répond à la qualité (grade 0,5 ou plus) suggérée par les normes KS associées au béton cellulaire léger [bloc de béton cellulaire léger KS F 2701 (bloc ALC)], réduit au minimum la consommation d'énergie lors de la fabrication de béton cellulaire et améliore les performances d'étanchéité à l'eau. La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un bloc de béton cellulaire dans lequel des bulles d'air sont formées dans le béton, le procédé de fabrication par voie humide d'un bloc de béton cellulaire étanche à l'eau, comprenant les étapes suivantes : préparation d'une pluralité de liants contenant de 95 à 99 % en poids de ciment en tant que liant unitaire, et de 1 à 5 % en poids de gypse en tant qu'adjuvant ; préparation d'une pâte de ciment par mélange de la pluralité de liants et d'eau avec l'adjuvant en une quantité de 0,4 à 1 partie en poids par rapport à 100 parties en poids de la pluralité de liants ; préparation du béton cellulaire par moussage d'une solution aqueuse mixte contenant de 2 à 5 % en poids d'un agent moussant et mélange de la mousse ayant un taux de moussage de 1 000 à 1 500 % dans la pâte de ciment ; et séchage à l'air et durcissement du béton cellulaire après versement du béton cellulaire dans un coffrage de bloc.
(KO) 경량 기포콘크리트 관련 KS규격 [KS F 2701 경량기포 콘크리트 블록(ALC 블록)]에서 제시하고 있는 품질(0.5품 이상)을 충족하며, 기포콘크리트 제작 시 에너지 사용을 최소화하며 방수성능이 향상된 기포콘크리트 블록의 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 콘크리트 내부에 기포가 형성되는 기포콘크리트 블록을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 단위 결합재인 시멘트 95~99중량% 및 혼화재인 석고 1~5중량%를 포함하는 복수 결합재를 제조하는 단계; 상기 복수 결합재와 물 및 상기 복수 결합재 100중량부에 대하여 0.4~1중량부 함량으로 혼화제을 혼합하여 시멘트 페이스트를 제조하는 단계; 기포제 2~5중량%를 포함하는 혼합 수용액을 발포하여 발포율이 1,000~1,500%인 기포를 상기 시멘트 페이스트에 혼합하여 기포콘크리트를 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 기포콘크리트를 블록 거푸집에 타설한 후 기건 양생하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식형 방수 기포콘크리트 블록 제조방법을 제공한다.
