(KO) 방수성 통기 시트 및 이의 제조 방법
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a waterproof breathable sheet and a manufacturing method thereof, the waterproof breathable sheet comprising a nano-membrane comprising nano-fibers laminated in a non-woven fabric form including multiple pores and a support body for supporting the nano-membrane, wherein breathability thereof is at least 1,000 mL/min at a pressure of 1 PSI. The waterproof breathable sheet suppresses a delamination phenomenon between layers of the nano-membrane comprising the nano-fibers to maximize the maintenance of an adhesive strength between the nano-membrane and an adhesive layer and prevents breathability degradation due to the pressure caused when the nano-membrane and the support body are joined together, to secure an excellent waterproof property and breathability.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une feuille respirante étanche à l'eau et son procédé de fabrication, la feuille respirante étanche à l'eau comprenant une nano-membrane comprenant des nanofibres stratifiées dans une forme de non-tissé comprenant de multiples pores et un corps de support pour supporter la nano-membrane, la respirabilité de celle-ci étant au moins 1000 mL/min à une pression de 1 PSI. La feuille respirante étanche à l'eau supprime un phénomène de délaminage entre des couches de la nano-membrane comprenant les nanofibres de façon à maximiser le maintien d'une force adhésive entre la nano-membrane et une couche adhésive, et empêche la dégradation de la respirabilité due à la pression provoquée lorsque la nano-membrane et le corps de support sont reliés ensemble, de façon à garantir une excellente propriété d'étanchéité à l'eau et une excellente respirabilité.
(KO) 본 발명은 방수성 통기 시트 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 방수성 통기 시트는 나노 섬유들이 다수의 기공을 포함하는 부직포 형태로 적층된 나노 멤브레인, 그리고 상기 나노 멤브레인을 지지하는 지지체를 포함하며, 통기성이 1 PSI의 압력에서 1,000 mL/min 이상이다. 상기 방수성 통기 시트는 나노 섬유로 이루어진 나노 멤브레인의 층간 박리 현상을 억제하여 상기 나노 멤브레인과 점착층과의 점착력 유지가 극대화되고, 상기 나노 멤브레인과 지지체 합지시 압력에 의한 통기성 저하를 방지하여 방수성 및 통기성이 모두 우수하다.
