Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a multi-hardness/multi-elasticity foam mattress by a continuous foaming process and a foam mattress manufactured by the same, characterized in that a foam mattress is molded from different types of polyurethane foam, which have different levels of hardness and different levels of elasticity, by a continuous foaming process such that a plurality of foam unit blocks, which have different levels of hardness and different levels of elasticity, are formed integrally along the longitudinal direction of the foam mattress. The present invention is advantageous in that the foam mattress manufacturing method is simple and thus has a high productivity; the foam mattress has excellent durability and implements optimal body pressure distribution and body shape retaining effects; accordingly, the same can lower the electromyogram and improve the blood flow; the same helps maintain deep sleep, secure muscle flexibility, and maintain an ideal skeleton shape; and foam unit blocks in zones positioned on parts, which are symmetric about a foam unit block positioned at the center portion along the longitudinal direction of the foam mattress, have the same hardness and the same elasticity such that the foam mattress can be turned around and used.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un matelas multi-dureté/multi-élasticité en mousse par un procédé de moussage continu et un matelas en mousse fabriqué par ce procédé, caractérisé en ce qu'un matelas en mousse est moulé à partir de différents types de mousse de polyuréthane, qui présentent différents niveaux de dureté et différents niveaux d'élasticité, par un procédé de moussage continu, de telle sorte qu'une pluralité de blocs unitaires de mousse, qui présentent des niveaux de dureté différents et différents niveaux d'élasticité, sont formés d'un seul tenant le long de la direction longitudinale du matelas en mousse. La présente invention est avantageuse en ce que le procédé de fabrication de matelas en mousse est simple et présente ainsi une productivité élevée; le matelas en mousse présente une excellente durabilité et met en œuvre des effets optimaux de distribution de pression sur le corps et de retenue de forme corporelle; par conséquent, il peut abaisser l'électromyogramme et améliorer la circulation sanguine; il aide à maintenir un sommeil profond, à assurer une souplesse musculaire et à maintenir une forme idéale du squelette; et les blocs unitaires de mousse dans des zones positionnées sur des parties, qui sont symétriques autour d'un bloc unitaire de mousse positionné au niveau de la partie centrale le long de la direction longitudinale du matelas en mousse, ont la même dureté et la même élasticité de telle sorte que le matelas en mousse peut être retourné et utilisé.
(KO) 본 발명은 경도 및 탄성이 각기 다른 폴리우레탄 폼을 연속 발포 공정에 의해 폼 매트리스의 길이 방향을 따라 경도 및 탄성이 각기 다른 복수 개의 단위블록 폼이 일체형으로 형성된 폼 매트리스를 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 발포 공정에 의한 다경도·다탄성 폼 매트리스의 제조방법 및 이 방법에 의해 제조되는 폼 매트리스에 관한 것으로, 폼 매트리스의 제조방법이 간단하여 생산성이 높고, 폼 매트리스의 내구성이 우수하고 최적의 체압분산과 체형유지 효과를 구현하여 근전도를 낮추고 혈류를 개선할 수 있으며, 숙면 유지, 근육의 유연성 확보, 골격의 이상적 형태 유지에 도움이 되며, 폼 매트리스의 길이 방향을 따라 중앙부에 위치한 단위블록 폼을 중심으로 대칭되는 부분에 위치한 존(zone)의 단위블록 폼들이 동일한 경도 및 탄성을 갖도록 함으로써, 폼 매트리스를 돌려서 사용할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
